Unfortunately I would give this business ZERO stars, if possible. I took my son's e-bike there to fix a tube. The tube was $30 - the repair bill was $464! Now I understand it was the back tire and took a bit longer to disassemble, as it was connected to the motor. However THREE HOURS - from a "professional". My son's friend's Dad fixed in less time than that. Had I known, I would have just asked the friend, and paid him. The owner prides himself on their "expertise" - he insulted my local bike shop (who I also received a quote from) as paying their employees minimum wage, yet, it takes his guys 3 hours to fix a tire! After arguing about this with him, he ended up taking off an hour of labor- but now he was going to be "out" the $135/hr they spent working on it. Right! I think this place is dishonest and I would be VERY careful taking anything here to be repaired.

I just purchased one wheel (used xr) and the owner answered every question I asked and I had a few . Staff was very helpful with showing me the basics with my one wheel I strongly recommend one stop board shop for any repairs or any questions thank you everybody at one stop board shop for being very helpful with my visit today

To be honest i had an issue with my order and the return process could use some revision but i can tell these people care and thats what counts at the end of the day. They made my order right and im sure IF you have an issue theyd do the same for you. The way my return was handled made me upset but the way my frustration was handled made me want to be a return customer for the sheer satisfaction of doing business with real and nice people.

What a wonderful team full of great people. The folks here are attentive, knowledgable & kind..The shop is superb! I did not know so much about the P.E.V space before until I stepped into this shop, and was delighted to learn from all the knowledge of the crew. A great place to visit, bring the family if you have an adventurous side!

5 star service, 5 star folks. Brian and the crew worked relentlessly to fix up a notoriously difficult to repair board (Bajaboard S2) & I couldn't be happier.An added plus is when you plan to go for 15 min, you stay for an hour given how fun everybody is to talk to.Look forward to working with them again on future board stuff!

After giving up on Segway’s negligible customer service, I was happy to find One Stop. They are professional, knowledgeable, and the quick turnaround time in service made it worth every penny. The staff is very patient and friendly - pure class. I am relieved to have my Max G2 back in action!
