John Seymour at Fullerton Ford was a pleasure to work with and made my car buying experience easy and transparent. I went to other dealerships where I felt weary and did not trust what the salespeople were saying to me, but the experience was much different at Ford. We ran into an issue where something very minor had to be tended to within the first few weeks of delivery and the service/sales department made sure I was taken care of, going above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. The process was seamless and they even provided a shuttle for me to get home and car delivery so I barely had to adjust my work day. I am so excited to have my first Bronco and a solid dealership behind me makes me excited for my future Broncos to come :)

A young lady, Sam, in the service area was wonderful! So polite, so kind, and so effective in a very short while! She resolved the issues and I was on my way. I couldn’t be happier nor more satisfied! Yay! Kudos to Sam and her team??

We just got a new Ford Explorer Timberline. I’ve worked with Ford in Detroit for the last 5 yrs but I live in PA. We drove to MI to get our Bronco but this time since Fullerton had what we wanted and they were rated very high we drove about an hour to Somerville, NJ to buy our new 2024 Ford Explorer Timberline from them. The experience was great. JP was the perfect sales associate. He had the new Ford Explorer pulled up - cleaned and ready for us when we got there. JP and their stellar finance department stayed about an hour after they closed to complete all of our paperwork and make sure everything was perfect for us so we could take the car the same day and we didn’t have to drive back to Somerville. JP was great! Fullerton made it easy for us! Just a great experience. Even with all of our Ford discount they still gave us more for our 2020 Explorer than KB said it was worth. Thank you so much!

Thomas DiGangi my sales person was great. He was so patient with me. I had lots of questions. I wanted certain stipulations in the car that I wanted to buy. He showed me the cars in my range and I decided the best choice. Fun experience.

Rob was responsive and tended to our needs regarding purchasing a new car for my son. Rob was able to appraise our trade and complete the purchase of our new Bronco Sport the same day. I had previously purchased a new Ford Transit cargo with Rob and was quite pleased with that experience through my business. we would recommend Rob to all friends and family

Saw a nice f250 lariat at fullerton ford called them up and stoped in had a great experience with the sales man joan/jp he made everything go a smooth as possible with the purchase and I am very happy with my new truck thank you jp!

BEWARE! Was sold a factory brand new 2024 $74,000 LEMON and the dealer is giving me the "too bad" treatment. Literally as I was driving my new purchase off the lot I tried making a phone call and realized the entire audio system doesn't work. Phone, radio, nav, etc no audio. Brought it in the next day figuring it was a easy software thing, oh no! 3 days later my new vehicle is in thousands of pieces, no idea how to fix and I'm met with disregard and they won't take a truck with one mile driven back or swap it. So now I have to work with ford corporate and my lawyer to get this all resolved. - Don't let this happen to you, go somewhere where they stand behind their products.

The personality of Miles Mayo is amazing as busy as he can be when he talks to you he gives you his full attention anamazing young man and and outstanding representive for fulerton .
I have done business with fullerton for close to 30 years and Miles Mayo the best i have found at any dealers

I just had a very long day at the dealership. I won't go so far as to say that it was enjoyable, but it's the first time when leaving a dealership I didn't feel like someone was trying to rip me off. Alex Kalos was a really good guy and actually listened to me. He didn't push a bunch of garbage that I didn't want and got me EXACTLY what I asked for. Do yourself a favor and ask for Alex!
