I was referred by a family friend. I needed my snow plow serviced, rubber springs, and plow marker guides. Dave and Jackie were very friendly. I brought my jeep in before the service so Dave and I could go over the repairs. He was honest with me at the time of the estimate and gave me options. That says a lot. My last place I took my plow to get serviced I was constantly digging in my pockets and the prices were outrageous, and the service and quality of work was sad.I can't thank you enough for your honesty! And your prices are reasonable! I'm glad you guys put your sticker on the back of my plow. My new Go to place!Thanks Dave and Jackie and the technician(s) who worked on my wrangler!!

Very helpful and friendly. We were on our way to central Jersey trailer and hitch already when one tire fell off our trailer. Called to make sure they would have what we need and as we were on our way the other tire on the same side off. Had to disconnect the truck and went to get the parts. They were very helpful in the store as well as quick, knowledgeable and convenient. We got everything we needed to fix the tiresThank you guys!

Zero stars, customer service skills are a negative 5 on a scale of 1-10. Woman behind the counter was very nice, dude that came out of the back was borderline hostile. I'll never go back.

Yesterday a generator came off our truck and pretty much crashed to the ground while we were driving! We immediately called Central Jersey Trailer and Hitch told them what happened and they let us bring our van in right away. They had it done today by 4! Not only was it fixed, but it was completely redone properly and professionally! It looks amazing and I am feeling really 100% confident that 200 lb generator will never move again unless we remove it. The design was perfect for our needs and well executed! This is the third time we've happily used this company and we will certainly use them in the future. Highly recommend!

I just got back from these folks, and I have to say, the job they did was incredibly impressive. I have a 2021 Highlander which had a hitch installed by Toyota. To say that Toyota botched the job is an understatement. But Dave's crew did a wonderful job; fixing the interior brake controller harness and mounting the controller safely. (Toyota "mounted" the controller to the console with double back sticky tape! Can you believe that?) Then, they mounted the 7 blade trailer connector to a steel receptacle. (Toyota used zip ties to "secure" the connector to the hitch.) All this was done for a very reasonable price. I can't remember when I've had a better experience at an auto supply/repair establishment.
