I went to other dealerships where I felt weary and did not trust what the salespeople were saying to me, but the experience was much different at Ford. We ran into an issue where something very minor had to be tended to within the first few weeks of delivery and the service/sales department made sure I was taken care of, going above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. The process was seamless and they even provided a shuttle for me to get home and car delivery so I barely had to adjust my work day. I am so excited to have my first Bronco and a solid dealership behind me makes me excited for my future Broncos to come :)”

“Ziggy is a BMW expert and a straight shooter. He calls out unnecessary repairs which the dealer and other brake/tire job places lie about. He repaired the oil valve gasket cover issue I was having for months, repaired the brake sensor in the pad (which did not require replacement as another placed lied about) and the car is running great. I'm a permanent customer now.”

“We were driving up from Maryland to New England with an overnight stay 30 minutes from this dealership. We had an issue with engine overheating after arriving in NJ and again the next day. We took the XC90 to this dealership. George was our service manager. The posted minimum charge was about $200. They immediately took the Volvo in. 2 1/2 hours later, they figured out the problem and eliminated it saving our trip. The best part, the charge was only $250! We were so grateful for George, the dealership's head mechanic who worked on our vehicle, and this dealership's excellent team!”

“THEY HAVE *TOP TIER GAS!I’ve been looking around for a good gas station that has Top Tier Gas, and finally I find one. If you look at the top tier website they say many other stations like Sunoco, Exxon, and even other Shells have Top Tier Gas, but when you get there the symbol is nowhere to be found, and the employees are clueless. This station looks clean and well taken care of, the person who pumped the gas for me was friendly, and it’s in a decent location that’s isn’t very hard to get to. If you have a direct injected car please do yourself the favor and come here, Shell is well known for their “Top Tier” gas, how much of it is marketing and how much is true can be debated, but for ~$0.20 more than other stations such as the nearby Quick-check, you can rest assured your car will thank you in the long run. (Not saying other stations are bad, but Top Tier gas is the way to go for the longevity and health of your car’s engine)”
“I was shopping for a pre owned Volvo XC90 last month.I visited just about every Volvo dealership within 75 miles of my home in NJ.Thankfully Bridgewater Volvo was the last dealership I visited.I had a very good experience with my Sales person John and their Tech expert Zach.The team was patient as I test drove many vehicles until I found the right one.The sale was a 2 day process as I had asked that a few items be looked at by the mechanics at the dealership. A few things that impressed me, Volvo offers a 5 year unlimited mile warranty from original date of service on certified pre owned vehicles.Every issue I had was resolved.I had discovered a vibration in the steering wheel during certain braking situations a few days after delivery. I expressed my concern and my Sales person John scheduled an appointment at my convenience, the rotors and brakes were replaced which alleviated the issue.Registration was completed in a timely manner and a check that was owed to me was sent to my home in a timely fashion.I will likely continue to visit them for service as needed.I highly recommend Bridgewater Volvo if you are in the market.”
