We ran into an issue where something very minor had to be tended to within the first few weeks of delivery and the service/sales department made sure I was taken care of, going above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. The process was seamless and they even provided a shuttle for me to get home and car delivery so I barely had to adjust my work day. I am so excited to have my first Bronco and a solid dealership behind me makes me excited for my future Broncos to come :)”

“Ziggy is a BMW expert and a straight shooter. He calls out unnecessary repairs which the dealer and other brake/tire job places lie about. He repaired the oil valve gasket cover issue I was having for months, repaired the brake sensor in the pad (which did not require replacement as another placed lied about) and the car is running great. I'm a permanent customer now.”

“I was referred by a family friend. I needed my snow plow serviced, rubber springs, and plow marker guides. Dave and Jackie were very friendly. I brought my jeep in before the service so Dave and I could go over the repairs. He was honest with me at the time of the estimate and gave me options. That says a lot. My last place I took my plow to get serviced I was constantly digging in my pockets and the prices were outrageous, and the service and quality of work was sad.I can't thank you enough for your honesty! “I was shopping for a pre owned Volvo XC90 last month.I visited just about every Volvo dealership within 75 miles of my home in NJ.Thankfully Bridgewater Volvo was the last dealership I visited.I had a very good experience with my Sales person John and their Tech expert Zach.The team was patient as I test drove many vehicles until I found the right one.The sale was a 2 day process as I had asked that a few items be looked at by the mechanics at the dealership. A few things that impressed me, Volvo offers a 5 year unlimited mile warranty from original date of service on certified pre owned vehicles.Every issue I had was resolved.I had discovered a vibration in the steering wheel during certain braking situations a few days after delivery. I expressed my concern and my Sales person John scheduled an appointment at my convenience, the rotors and brakes were replaced which alleviated the issue.Registration was completed in a timely manner and a check that was owed to me was sent to my home in a timely fashion.I will likely continue to visit them for service as needed.I highly recommend Bridgewater Volvo if you are in the market.”
