This Aaron supply in Somerville keeps getting worse and worse every time I go here. They never have the basic parts I need. They have ordered parts for me that still haven’t showed up over two months later that were in stock at another location. I went this morning when they opened, waited for 20 minutes and asked the secretary if I should come back at another time and she gave me pure attitude as if I was wrong for asking the question. I will not be giving this place my business anymore.

I stopped in to Aaron's because I needed to replace the hose that connected to my sink faucet sprayer. The guy behind the counter was completely useless. I had brought the part I needed in, and he dismissed me and told me, "don't bother, just replace the faucet, there's no part available". I don't know if it's because I'm not a plumber or what, but it was a completely useless trip and the advice was 100% incorrect and I think it was really about the clerk not wanting to be bothered to help me. It turned out, I needed a $9 part (as opposed to a $200 faucet) I was able to order directly from American Standard after somebody at Home Depot told me what brand they thought the part was. Take your business elsewhere if you actually need help or advice from the counter.

I've been using Aaron & Co for years now.Always found them tremendously helpful & usually have what I'm seeking or, as great customer service does, points me in the right direction, even if the competition.After a few decades in business providing service, both retail & wholesale, to others & having many companies as suppliers, I've found Aaron & Company to be one of the few I regularly recommend.

This establishment is great, BUT this 1 start is because the female cashier has very bad attitude when dealing with technicians. She is Rude and her customer service is horrible. This issue has happened multiple times with technicians and I don't believe it's a fair way to be treated when your spending money with them every day for business.

Horrible markup on parts- I paid $17 plus tax for a part readily available online for $10. It was also a generic part that didn't fit, but it still worked until I could order the correct part.However, they are open at 7am and I was able to get my furnace working again.
