We highly recommend Petra Cephas. Erez and Tina were beyond amazing and very professional. Erez is great and very knowledgeable person and made himself available anytime we have questions regarding different mortgage options and the whole financing process. Tina kept us updated on weekly basis throughout the financing process which really made the whole process seamless. You can't go wrong with them. 100/10!

Bishoi and Tina are excellent! My husband and I are first time home buyers and the whole process was intimidating to us. From our initial call, they both were so helpful and understanding of our questions.They made sure to call us and email us to keep us informed throughout the journey and sent us everything we needed to fill out expediently and efficiently. They had our best interests at heart and we never had to worry about following with them about anything. I highly recommend working with them - we will be continuing this partnership.

I couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage brokerage team than Petra Cephas . Bishoi was so patient with me . He took his time to guide me through the loan process , always available to answer my questions . I closed within 3 weeks. Having a mortgage broker definitely makes the process much easier .

For some of the team in Petra Cephas ,that I have never met personally, they have made my entire journey of refinancing, very smooth from the start to finished , working with them is a pleasure , they always respond to all my concerns, and are very open to each step of the process. The mortgage team that I worked with here (Erez + Tina) were both nothing short of AMAZING! Erez made himself available for any and all questions that I had during this process and made something that can cause a lot of stress digestible and easy to follow. Petra Cephas is the best - Beshoi and Tina are the BEST!! We HIGHLY recommend this Mortgage broker, its legit!!We were nervous and had second thoughts about this whole process, but Tina and Beshoi were always there to answer any questions we had along the way. The whole process only took about 2-3 weeks and we were ready to close way before our closing date. They were working with us to get everything in before my wife’s due date, not to mention she was already at high risk of pre-term labor, but the Petra team made sure we close before she delivered! … And we DID!! They were all understanding of our situation and our needs, and our urgency to be in a house before the baby was born.We cannot thank the team enough! It was truly a pleasure working with Beshoi and Tina and we appreciate them and all that they do very much!
