Customer service is unmatched! My child's changing topper had a defective screw that scratched the dresser beneath it. Dana took my concerns seriously, addressed the issue, and provided a very generous compensation. I cannot thank Dana and the rest of the customer service team for their great care and support. We will continue to purchase furniture from Oxford Baby, because we know that if anything happens to it, the customer service will be top notch!

Awful customer service!! I ordered an Oxford baby Bennett 4 in 1 convertible crib from Target. I went to put it together and instead of having 1 - 2R and 1 - 2L part I received 2 - 2L's. Not the end of the world. I called the manufacturer to ask if I could get the correct part sent to me so that I could get my daughter's crib put together. I was told I could but it would take 7-10 business days. I asked if there was anyway to expedite it since I had already been waiting on the crib to get here from target and my daughter is at the weight limit for her bassinet which is why I ordered this crib to have her in something safer and more comfortable for her. She finally said that they could *try* to have it sent within 5-7 business days. However, that's not guaranteed because they ship things in the order received. Which is fine - but when you don't manufacture the correct parts, I believe an exception should be made to make it right for your customers. I asked if there was any way to get it within the next day or two. She then proceeded to tell me if I didn't like that option I could send the one I have back to target and order a new one. That is no help as there's no guarantee I would get the correct parts once again, as well as the fact it's still another waiting period. So what choice do I really have besides to wait on the manufacturer? Terrible customer service!! Offered absolutely nothing to try and make the already inconvenience feel any less inconvenient. I proceeded to try and put the crib together so that it's as put together as possible so then the last part arrives it's easy to get it up right away. However, the Allen bolt and barrel nut are not the correct sizes. The Allen bolt is too large for the barrel nut and won't screw through it. I sent an email regarding that, we will see if they can manage to send the correct parts for that or not now. Incredibly frustrating situation and dealing with a manufacturer with zero customer service makes it much worse. I spent $400 on a Simmons crib for my oldest and am wishing I would've done the same again because clearly getting a crib for $200 you get garbage quality, and incorrect parts and pieces.

I dont write reviews......BUT! ..With excellent customer service like this! I just had to. Dana was FANTASTIC! We bought our daughter (First time mom to be) this crib for our FIRST Granddaughter!! We got it from BuyBuy Baby. We were so disappointed the crib came damaged, BuyBuy Baby told us crib was discontinued and could not get parts! (Wont buy from Buy Buy Baby EVER again! They have terrible outsourced cust service... Found Oxfords Phone # figured Id give them a call...Found out crib was NOT discontinued and Dana got us the replacement part in record time. My daughter was SOOOO Happy! It is just AMAZING to find a company that actually answers the phone, very pleasant and understanding to talk to and TRULY stands behind their product!! Extremely hard to find a company like this anymore! Buy products Oxford Baby! They are a company you can trust to be there for you if anything goes wrong with their product. REFRESHING!!! Thank you Dana!

I would just like to recognize Dana from customer service for taking the time to help me on searching down a toddler guard rail that I have not been able to find for so long!I had purchased an Oxford Baby 'Manhattan' crib from Toys R Us in a colour that was only exclusive to their stores from early 2020. I did not think to purchase the guard rail over 2 years ago when it was widely available and it was now nearly impossible to find (since the item had gone on clearance.)Dana was so understanding and took the time to help me search through spreadsheets of inventory and narrowed the search down to two potential stores in the area that had the item in stock. It turns out that one of the two stores was the LAST one that had it available in my province!I just wanted to express my extreme gratitude toward her amazing customer service! She provided me one of the best customer service experience in a long time and I will definitely recommend Oxford Baby to my family and friends because of this interaction!

Bought a crib for my son and it’s beautiful.. and well made. I had an issue and Dana navigated me through a solution that left me very happy. taking the time to be responsive, professional and yet personable at the same time. I can’t remember a time when I received better customer service!

We bought a Hampton convertible crib several years ago (part of baby shower registry). Flash forward to a few months ago and my son was finally ready for his “big boy” bed (conversion to full size bed). To our surprise the bed broke! We were so stressed and devastated what to do and how to repair. The next morning we called customer service and spoke to Dana. She was an absolute savior! She relieved all of our concerns and genuinely cared about our situation. In less then 24 hours we had a new conversion kit on the way to our house. I can’t say enough about this company and how they went out of their way to get our son back in his bed as soon as possible. I wish all manufacturers were this responsive and understanding. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Dana from Oxford Baby has given me the best customer service I have ever received in my life! This is such a beautiful collection. I am still in the middle of trying to purchase this, but I had to find a place to put a review for the amazing customer service that the company Oxford Baby has! I’m having twins and fell in love with this collection. It’s being sold out right now in a lot of places and I really want to get it while saving money from buying from a more expensive retailer. I reached out to Oxford Baby and have been in daily communication with Dana from their customer service and she is just amazing! She has spent SO much time finding me information on great deals, helping me strategize how to buy for twins, giving me great advice, and staying in communication trying her best to make sure we can buy the crib collection we really want. Keep in mind, she is doing all of this just out of the kindness of her own heart. She care so much about the customers and it shows. Before I was in contact with Dana, I was really bummed about not being able to buy this collection… but Dana has now really given me hope again that we can buy the collection we really wanted. She has spent so much time talking with me as I check in daily to see if collection is in stock yet. I appreciate all of her time and efforts more than I can express! I wish all customer service cared and worked hard the way Dana does! What an outstanding employee this company has representing them!

Great furniture, we love our nursery set. We purchased the Richmond collection when we had our son. At the time we purchased all of the conversion kits as well. Just recently we converted my sons bed to the full size bed. The front footboard came up too high where I could not put the bed against the wall because of the window. I reached out to Oxford Baby and I have to say, its very rare to come across good customer service anymore. Dana was such a delight and very helpful via email. They did not offer a lower footboard for the Richmond collection but she dug into it and was able to find that another collections footboard would work for mine. She sent me the link to purchase it and when I placed my order she followed up personally with the tracking info. Oxford is lucky to have her.

We recently purchased an Oxford Baby crib set for my grandson.The quality of the furniture is outstanding and we are so happy. We also had excellent customer service from the company. I highly recommend Oxford Baby for your nursery furniture.
