Very easy to call and make an appointment or very simple to make appointment online. Excellent service, my color turns out great and my grays go away. Great wash, cut and blow dry too. All the hairstylists are very knowledgeable and extremely nice!

Grabbed the app and made an immediate (less than 1 hr lead) appointment because I was ready to cut my own hair rather than deal with the challenges of my usual salon. Francine did a great long bob for me... without the stress of parking in Princeton, crowded salon, or the inflated price. For complicated color, I would probably got back to Rich; however, for just cut, I have a new home base

Only complaint is having to use app to make appt. They don't answer phone. Been going for years. New owner didn't honor raider card from last year. Like all the stylists. They do great job.

My child just got a haircut and it was a terrible experience. I don't understand how a haircut can go wrong after an explanation and example pictures are shown beforehand. I'm never returning.Service: Kids' cuts

Such a terrible job this Hairdresser named Elisa or Lisa.. did with my hair. I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and did a terrible job in the ends that my hair now goes out instead of in like she was gonna cut. Such a liar. I even told her to thinning my hair and she didn’t thinning it a lot. Also she never cleaned the hairs off from me. I had a lot of cut hairs all over my shirt. I had to try to clean off the hairs when I got home. When I went to wash my shirt, it still had hairs all over. Never did this happen with any hairdresser.This salon either doesn’t know how to cut hair nor give good customer service. And also by the time I had arrived there was no receptionist in the entrance and I had to stand there for them to notice me that I had an appointment. I highly don’t recommend this place. So rude and ignorant these people.

Getting an appointment has been a nightmare. Have been trying for two weeks to get an appointment - no available walk ins, calls haven't been returned - was told to use the app and this location doesn't even pop up as existing. Wanted to have my hair cut before a job interview, but trying to get an appointment here rather than finding somewhere new has burned up nearly all of my time.Have gone here for nearly 20 years and the search for a new place has begun. Really disappointed that being unable to get an appointment is what's causing me to find somewhere new to go.

Janet messed up my daughters hair. One side is longer than the other and simple layer cut also could not be achieved. I m just looking for some other place to fix it now.

I have used Fantastic Sams a few times and it was fine. This time though I got the worst cut I have ever had. The sides are uneven and choppy. I can't even begin to comprehend how a seasoned stylist could even give a person a cut like the one I receive. The old adage you get what you pay for stand true for Fantastic Sams.Service: Haircut

The stylists in Hillsborough are terrific! Mom consistently asks for Francine to do her perm. Mom is disabled and Francine is always thinking out ways to make it easier on mom throughout the whole permanent procedure. And mom loves how she looks afterwards. Love this place!!! I go to Francine every time and she knows exactly what I like and has great suggestions. My husband prefers Irene who is friendly and very helpful. Will continue to use this salon for years to come

Walked in 4:30, was advised to wait and kept waiting over an hour before someone thought to tell me the schedule wouldn't accommodate a walk-in until after 6pm at the earliest - and even then it wasn't certain. Walk-in turned walk-out.
