Went here for care after a traumatic accident and received excellent patient care. All the staff are friendly, understanding, and patient. None of them were judgmental or made me feel uncomfortable. On the app my many questions after the appointment were answered within a couple hours and sometimes minutes not only by my doctor, but the physician assistant as well. Overall this has really helped me after going through a health scare. To add, the medical assistant Angie was very kind, and excellent at drawing blood. I barely felt anything, they use the expensive butterfly needles that usually only hospitals use. I usually always bruise after going to Quest for bloodwork(they use straight needles) this time not even a mark. Multiple tests were ran to make sure nothing was overlooked, everything was thoroughly and patiently explained by Dr. Ghabour who was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for better or more professional service, excellent place.

Super quick care, friendly staff. But you need to download an app to get your results, they said they wouldn't call to give them to me. Would've come here again if this wasn't the case.

I made an appointment a few hours before online and showed up in the morning. I needed a test and I waited only 5 minutes in the waiting room before they brought me in. The doctor and nurse were both nice and efficient. I was in and out of there in about 35 minutes. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

Awful experience. Made sick patients sitting in waiting area move outside the main door in a 4x4 area. As a result 2 sick patients and their parents were in an enclosed space together. Receptionist was unconcerned about putting patients and others at risk while there was an empty waiting room with 2 dozen chairs. Left and went to PM Pediatrics instead. Please do the same and stay away from this place.

Just went here today and I was impressed with the thoroughness of the Doctor and the xray technician, along with the nurse who first saw me in the examination room. I didn't have to wait long and all staff I interacted with were kind and professional.

They, Duncan, solve nothing and only take the $160 from you. They send it to someone the same way it arrived, so I don't recommend it.
