Excellent service!The owner, Frank, took the time to help me with measurements, explain finishes and show me several colors to meet my needs. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He even carried my paint out to my car! Thanks again Frank.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE - I came in from VA to help my aging mom - I needed everything to paint her interior - Frank (the owner) not only helped me color match, select paints for re-coating, remember all of the tools I needed, but he kept a meticulous store — fully stocked, kept all materials flush with the fronts of the shelves with the labels perfectly forward and the most ridiculous inventory (in a good way) that I’ve ever seen at any paint store, let alone a smaller location like this store. Amazing service, amazing inventory, amazing person. Thank you Frank. I appreciate all of your help over the past couple of days!

I am in the process of painting my home - to be honest, I am a customer that needs lots of attention when it comes to getting the right colors. Frank is excellent - always ready to assist with samples, opinions on colors and very attentive to demanding customers like me.Customer service is excellent.

I’m beyond irritated and offended right now. I went into the store looking for some wires I needed to install a dimmer switch. I am trying to shop local instead of going to the big box stores. I even took a photo of the wiring to explain what I needed. The man at the store wouldn’t even listen to me. He just assumed what I needed and blew me off. When I tried to explain that he wasn’t listening to what I was saying, rather just answering a question I never asked (aka mansplaining), he told me we were done and unceremoniously kicked me out of the store. They apparently don’t want womens’ business because they don’t think we know what we are talking about and need to be talked down to. So if you are an independent woman who knows her way around a toolbox, just head to Home Depot/Lowes.

I have been using this local store since Ron relocated from Manville to a spot by Starbucks on Cedar Grove. The store is now on Easton behind MacDonald's and has new owners (since July). I have been to the store 3 times in the last month and Frank (owner) has been wonderful. Great at listening, explaining paint characteristics, and even carrying all the paint out to the car. Prices are very comparable to HD/Lowes but the customer service goes well beyond. Frank also carries lots of hardware items that will help you avoid the trip out of town. Highly recommended!

I have run a small painting business for forty years. I have bought paint from many local stores over the years. Frank, the new owner and manager listens carefully to what I need and has built up an impressive inventory, which is important to me. He is at the top of my list regarding service.
