Received diabetic supplies from Byram. Received a meter for testing my blood and the battery was dead. They left it to me to call the manufacturer and get a new meter. They did however submit to my insurance for payment.

I ordered my breast pump in the beginning of October. I got an email saying my order was confirmed, and I never heard anything back. I ended up having my baby early in mid November. I contacted Byram healthcare to get the status of my breast pump order, and the man said it would ship in 2-3 business days. It never came. I ended up calling Byram Healthcare and they told me that my breast pump wasn't covered under my insurance (this was false according to my insurance company). After doing a 3 way call with Byram Healthcare and my insurance company, it was determined that Byram Healthcare messed up my order and put my insurance in wrong. I unfortunately had to go multiple weeks without a breast pump because of Byram multiple mistakes.

Ordering was easier than expected (done over the phone) and I received the breast pump I ordered very quickly. However, the initial agent who took my telephone order absolutely butchered the spelling of both my first and last names, despite me spelling it out. I noticed the next day when I received an e-mail with my confirmation number, so I called to have it corrected in case my name being misspelled could cause any issues with my insurance paying for the pump. I was assured by the second agent I spoke to that the spelling would be corrected, but the second confirmation and the packing slip I received with my order again had my name spelled very wrong. So far I haven't heard anything from insurance about this, so hopefully it won't be an issue, but if it is I will be very frustrated.

Byram made ordering my second breastpump really easy - i didn't have to fill out long questionnaires or answer 100 questions prior to knowing what I would / wouldn't be approved for. Shipped very quickly to me, too. Highly recommend!

The first order for my 89 year old mother was so fast and easy. Setting up the account was also very quick. The order arrived within 3 days and all items were included. Here’s hoping the future orders are all the same.

I ordered a breast pump through them. The website is pretty easy to navigate. I just filled up my personal and insurance information and within a week got the breast pump. No talking to insurance or any other problem.

I had a really great experience, from the ordering to the delivery. I was notified by email of my order. And sent text messages on the tracking of my order. I would definitely recommend Byram Healthcare to all my friends and family.

I called in to submit a claim to receive my breast pump through my insurance carrier and the process was very easy and quick. The representative verified my insurance to make sure they participated with the company and then went on to ask what kind of pump I wanted and processed it. I gave my doctor information and received my pump within the same week. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

This place is the worst . Zero customer service . Incompetent, no compassion . No one can answer a question . Transferred from one department to another. And no one can give you an answer @ that point . Constantly giving you the run around . One hand doesn't know what the other is doing . A total shit show from top to bottom . I'm not one for people losing jobs , but this place shud be out of business asap !!!' Do not use them ever . I wouldn't let my dog use them !!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. And I've *already* contacted the "Escalation" CSR...they're just as bad as everyone else who works for Byram! The problems go beyond the pathetic customer service. Their products are sized drastically incorrect.My son is 8 years old, 4' 2" and weighs 65 lbs. A very normal sized 8 year old. He's also autistic and needs pull-ups for over night. That's what he was supposed to be getting from Byram, the vendor Kaiser Permanente chose to give us.The first order was several months' worth, and if their "SleepOvers" were sized correctly, it would have been great. They sent size "LG/XL" which by their sizing should fit 60-125lbs.He should have been SWIMMING in them, right? NOPE! They are WAY, WAY too small. Never mind they are way too thin and he would have peed right through them, they wouldn't even fit ON him. And they're sending these to kids that are 125lbs????I lost count of how many hoops I had to jump through to get the next size up, XL which is supposed to fit 85-140lbs. Again, he should be swimming in these.Byram kept sending texts saying size XL was on backorder, and to either call them during their business hours or go to their website. I went to their website, and logged in. THERE IS NOTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT HELPS WHATSOEVER. They will only communicate by telephone, WHEN IT'S CONVENIENT FOR *THEM*. I swear, I can't be the ONLY single parent of a special needs child who works!!!I took out time and CALLED them. I explained I needed to return the order because it was the wrong size. The lady I spoke with was actually nice, and suggested they send a sample of the next size. GREAT! Now we're getting somewhere! I got a text confirming my order.The next day I get another text saying my order (the sample) was on backorder. Same spiel - call the 800# or go to their website. Again, their website (logging into my account and looking at the order) was NO HELP. In fact it showed my order was cancelled. No information, like "This order has been backordered until [date]. Would you like to wait or cancel?" Nooooooo, that would actually be HELPING the customer!I placed another order online for the XL's. Their online ordering system TOOK THE ORDER. By the way, they ONLY have sizes LG/XL, and XL. The next step up is adult. But considering the way they size their products, maybe that's what we need.Again, the next day I get a text and email, saying it was backordered. I found the company has a Twitter account (and customers on Twitter are just as irate as those on Google here), and got a "special" customer service email address. I emailed with the story, and whoever replied back had the attitude like they were doing me a favor by sending me supplies. It seemed like they were irritated that I hadn't returned the first order yet. Ya know what would help speed THAT up? SEND ME TO RETURN LABEL. I just got that yesterday.Then today I received what is supposed to be a "30 day supply" of the "larger" pull-ups. I got one package of 22. Remind me again, how many days are in a month? I took one out to look at it, and not only does it offer less "absorbancy" (look at the photos), these are no bigger than the ones they sent before, the smaller size. They may stretch side-to-side a LITTLE bit more, but they don't cover what needs to be covered.And you should see what these pirates are charging our health insurance. But in my experience, Kaiser Permanente contracts with the absolute BOTTOM OF THE BARREL vendors, so as far as I'm concerned they deserve it.I'll pay out of pocket. I'm not dealing with this company any longer.

I have nothing but praise for this company due to their excellent staff. Every time I called I got a quick answer from a helpful and knowledgeable person. The shipping is quick and accurate. They are affiliated with my health provider Kaiser and even have a dedicated line for them. But they still took care of my personal order without transferring me. I highly recommend them.

The delivery person was a very pleasant young man who identified himself and offered to help me with the delivery boxes. The Byram delivery was delivered in a timely manner, the online staff are knowledgeable and helpful too. From start to finish the transaction was seamless and pleasant. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Byram to anyone with healthcare supply needs!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company has made me jump through all kinds of hoops since August 4th of this month when trying to reorder my CGM and insulin pump supplies. There is absolutely no communication. I have had to call, and call, and call sometimes more than once a day. I was told they needed “chart notes” from my physician. They received the chart notes. More days go by, I call again after not hearing anything. Today I was told that everything was good to go, they would release my order, and I would be getting confirmation and a tracking number later today. I just called again and in the same day, within 8 HOURS, they tell me there is a hold on the order because they need my insurance company to verify the chart notes???? I had to give the incompetent service rep the phone number for my insurance company. I was on hold for 40 MINUTES and then was connected to my insurance company myself. I tried calling Byram back and their customer service line was closed.What an absolute nightmare and poor excuse for a company. This is life saving medical equipment and all they care about is the money and the formalities that need to be followed. Run, as fast as you can, in the other direction.

I would give it a zero if I couldCustomer service is absolutely terrible- a call center somewhere far off that has lots of other representatives being very loud in back ground, they do not listen, they just go silent, avoid answering or assessing direct questions and needs, the resound by saying something not related when you’ve asked or stated a specific thing, won’t help new patients understand what they are ordering or even are looking for , very cold, scripted and canned responses, automatically orders 3 months supply without asking, yet some things you need more of like bottles of adhesive remover sprays or wipes .. only give you 1 for 3 months!!??You get emails when you order saying they will contact you if there are any questions- well my order had a BIG MAJOR RED FLAG question - something for over $2000 got ordered by mistake- they processed without calling me. The one representative I did have that was excellent (Emma) said there was no excuse that it had been processed and a red flag should have been raised and a phone call should have happened. After she arranged to have all that returned- I got my date for surgery for reversal so didn’t need most of the rest of the order- this is amazing news right? … yet the representative when I called to return the items (mind you the order hasn’t even arrived at my house)was silent , no niceness, and then proceeded after several 5 minute hold, to argued that because of the “red flag” mistake and return I was going to have to pay for shipping to return - would not waive it- would not listen, would not allow me to escalate to a supervisor- kept saying her supervisor was in a meeting (have had that line given to me each time I call… as there have been other foul ups in my orders)Have tried to communicate via chat (usually not available) phone calls (30-40 min wait times and many holds when do get through) and emails .. (where I ask for a phone call, text or email response but get none)Mi also cancelled an order that they placed before it even shipped- a few minutes after I got the email. She assured it had been cancelledA would not give me a confirmation number for the cancellation (went silent again) this cancellation failed as I suspected- it’s been shipped! - so another phone call and argument I’m sure to get it returned! The amount of time I’m spending on phone is ridiculous when I’m suppose to be recovering from surgeryI am grateful my situation for needing to order supplies is temporary, I feel for others that are caught up in this nightmare of a company supplying them with what they need
