The female cashier with grey hair was disgustingly rude to me making faces and telling her coworker about my request. The year prior it was no issue and this time as well but she insisted on making faces and saying no immediately to me before even attempting. This bank is trash I can’t believe I almost opened two new business accounts with them. What a joke.

If you are now going to be closed on Saturdays and expect customers to use the drive-up ATM, then you might want to make sure there is enough cash available. Very frustrating when the only day you can get to the bank is Saturday, and there is no cash in the ATM.

This branch and bank is the worse ever. After waiting 20 mins in the drive thru because no one really wants to go inside with all that is going on, i left because being the 3rd car inline and not moving i left. In coming back i still had to wait another 20 mins in line before getting to be waited on. This branch and company needs to take a long hard look at how it does there business. This branch and company is really less than 1 star.
