It appears well maintained and clean. It feels like a standard modern Target. There are two entrances with one of them being a pickup entrance.

Somerpoint target has very rude employees, I had an employee tell me they don’t have to take returns back I ask to talk to a manager he or she never came out I waited for more than 10mins I called that person told me I have to do a Survey to address my complaint. I wish I could give them NO stars, i will nolonger go to that target store

This Target is like an afterthought by management. Located very close to Ocean City, NJ, it would be very convenient for residents or vacationers. Instead, whoever is in charge of allocating inventory to this store is not looking at past history such as Memorial Day and July 4th. Knowing full well you are going to get slammed this time of year, your min ships to the store need to be increased. You have essentially an empty store with some really good help. Time to step up your game or close this Location.

I went to grab a few things and get a coffee. Everything was great. The store was well stocked, cleaned, and organized. Employees were very friendly and willing to help if needed.
The only thing that I didn't like about my vosot is the people who work at the Starbucks there are not allowed to take tips. I think that is dumb. If I want to tip someone for a job well done, I should be able to do that.

Store cleanliness is mediocre. Staff is horrible for help with finding items or general questions about anything. I literally live within 10 mins of Target and drive 25mins to Walmart. Only go to Target if you want to be treated horrible and rudely by staff then still not leave with items you want to purchase.
Shame on you Target for horrible experience more than once by customers.... tisk....tisk..... Def need to retrain staff and care about customers. I couldn't even get a manager bc nobody that works there knows customer service is part of their job!! Ugh, horrible

Maybe it's time for more Employees. I shouldn't have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to pay for the 2 things i bought. This ain't Walmart. I dont work here and don't want to. Target is Supised to be Better then Walmart.
