I was in there today cause my iPhone mini took a crap on me. Sadly they didn’t have the yellow color but hey, what can’t a case change right? Steven helped me out & was great & patient with any questions I had. As an autistic person it was one of the best experience I’ve had in a phone store. I’ve been with the service since way before they bought Sprint & sprint was always really easy for me & when t Mobil took over I was having trouble understanding what I was doing. But I didn’t feel awkward or uninvited like some store environments make you feel. It’s really clean too & soft lighting is much more comforting than bright lights like at a target or Walmart.

My phone was out of service for almost 2 days. I had to be on WI-FI to work. Entered the store on Tuesday January 30th, and the young lady who assisted had this corrected in UNDER 1 MINUTE. I had spent over a day dealing with T-Mobile help line, a total of 5 hours trying dozens of different fixes to turn Cellular Data on. How it got shut off I’ll never know. I must have restarted phone over a dozen times. I just checked and they called me back 13 times seeing if fix worked. None ever did. Also, although their reps are extremely polite, they don’t know their job and extremely difficult to understand.This Rep at the store knows her job and solved hours of frustration in 1 minute. Thank you Somers Point T-Mobile and that Outstanding employee.

Good staff nothing special but I hope they bring chairs back, standing up waiting for your turn is just stupid sorry but just makes. No senseOk great updated my review, thank goodness you added seating when last i went they were not present

I had a mind blowing event happen at the Somers Point T Mobile today. I opened a new line and exchanged a modem. I did not have the funds to cover the fee and my salesman Steven didn't hesitate to pay for me. The fee was $37, I was flabbergasted by the gesture of generosity displayed by this person. I had a really bad day, and he completely lifted my spirits and faith in humanity. Thank you very much to him, he did not have to do that. I would give 100 stars if possible.

We are happily TMobile clients. Today I went to TMobile Somers Point to ask how to downgrade my Netflix plan since my adult children live in different states. Marcus was very helpful and changed my Netflix plan. He was very accommodating. The staff are excellent!

On 2 occasions in one week, I found myself needing tech help with my device. Marcus and H Rocks were both fast, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and got me out the door in minutes. Thank you Gentlemen for your welcoming vibe and incredible service. So grateful to have you in my neighborhood.

First time I was there.. they were great... came back again for another thing and I found the guy who greeted me to be extremely rude so I left... Went back another day for the assistance I needed and the woman was wonderful. They need to check the attitude of one of their male workers. Don't know good name.. Somers point location

I really appreciate that the group were busy. I have to say that if you want pure professionalism with T Mobile, apparently you must go to a company store. I was able to sit down with Wes, the store was very busy, he was professional, respectful, and he was so helpful. Hire more people like Wes. Thank you.
