Just left your photo department. Thank God for Kayla! She's the only one that was willing to help me. Kayla gets five stars. The guy that works there with the long curly queue not sure of his name. He is absolutely the most impatient customer service employee I have ever dealt with. I went in there to ask how to print out a photo. Asking him to help me with my cell phone to send it to the store. He just wanted to chauvinistically keep talking over me to explain that I have to come into the store to get help. Even though I'm standing in front of him and he is not helping. I think the guy behind the photo lab with the long curly cue on the one side definitely needs to get retrained. Poor customer service. Thank God for Kayla

I came to Staples to get some last minute supplies for a presentation. Additionally, I needed some copies printed on a heavier weight paper. Alex was my knight in shining armor! While he was not able to handle my entire order at the moment, he completed it first thing the next morning. And it was perfect! Thanks Alex!!

Delighted with the customer service. Extremely happy with the service at the print department. The lady working there was nice enough to reprint the online ordered custom Christmas card to meet customer need/satisfaction. Her humbleness made me welcome and I will visit this store again. Thank you very much!

Was directed here by an insurance company to mail a title. I'm not computer savvy in the least and needed assistance. Assistance was handing me a card with instructions. Meanwhile staples got free $ from my card after I logged in to use their printer since my home printer wasn't working. Nothing worked, was avoided by staff after explaining my situation. Whatever.

Do not buy any electronic ls from here. Spent $50 for a paperweight and it cannot be returned. I have to go through manufacturer.

Terrible costumer service and pricing. Needed to fax 25 pages to Philadelphia..$56! Ocean City charges $2 first page, $1 all following. Total would have been $26. Manager was called and “could not” stop the fax, which is BS. Had to wait 25 minutes until it went through. So, if you want to just throw your hard earned money and have a half hour to waste this is the place to go! I’ll never go back!

I regularly use the print center here and the do quality work quickly. Today I was picking up an order and asked if I could pay over the phone and get curbside pickup. The manager Sandy was very accommodating and even brought my order out herself. I appreciate the convenience and courtesy

awful store the people working there know nothing and just lie through their teeth to make sales, their advice is all based on what their told to sell and their customer service is awful, don't waste your time and just order what you want from amazon or any store , save the gas , save your energy this place is a cancer to society.

I usually try to give good reviews but there is no getting around the fact that the Staples in Somers Point, NJ has only rude managers and inefficient and unknowledgeable clerks. I purchased a complete box of printers ink cartridges for my printer. The box clearly shows that the black major tank is #270 and the 4 color cartridges should all be #271. Got home and put them in but my printer would not work took everything out and tried again. By chance I then noticed that the yellow cartridge said #281. I still had my receipt and although its only 5 miles to Somers Point I made the trip back with the bad cartridge the box that they all came in as well as the old yellow cartridge. The clerk I talked to initially told me I had to bring ALL the cartridges back or it couldn't be replaced. So I drove 5 miles back home and then additionally 5 miles back to the store with all cartridges, receipt and now anger because of the whole situation. When I got there the clerk I spoke to immediately called a manager over and said they had no knowledge that the wrong cartridge was in the box I had and I would have to call the company. By this time I was furious and he finally gave me a number to call. I am not sure this number will work but I will never use their services again. 20 miles on my car,$76.76 dollars spent and still can't use all the colors on my printer. Someone should call the Better Business Bureau and complain. What a complete ripoff.
