I’ve waited a bit to post because I wanted to make sure I was being objective and fair to both my grandson and the center. When my grandson was switched here, we expected him to cry until he adjusted. 3 months later- he still cried. We really tried to work with the staff here and their suggestions to help him adjust. We maintained a schedule- encouraged (and succeeded) with individual play and time. We encouraged (and succeeded) with additional patience. However- at the school, he did more crying than learning. I will say- the school is clean. Kids are kept on schedule with routines, which is very important. What is not done is comfort. I will say any time I went to get my grandson, no child was being held or comforted. During story time, no child is sitting in a lap. Activities were shown, not assisted. Before anyone jumps on here- yes! I understand that some people get offended by being touched. I get it. Some don’t want their child touched. I get it. I personally feel that if a child is scared or uncomfortable- a little bit of comforting goes a long way. That did not happen at this school. Ever. Therefore- a child that is scared in a new environment, will never feel comfortable. And will cry. Often. And will annoy your teachers. And said teachers will meet you at the door with all your childs belongings. Yes- they did that. Because they will offer no comfort.

This place is excellent and its teachers even more so. I have nothing bad to say. I feel confident leaving my son Carlos, his teachers love him very much and he likes being with them. God bless you all !

If I could give this day care no stars I would! This place is horrible, the manger including the director! They are grimy people and all they worry about is the money and ratings! Mr, Kevin is so rude , he should not be around kids at all . I been told by so many people this day care should be shut down and should’ve been shut down years ago!!! I took my kid out of here because I didn’t trust mrs , Christal which is one of the teachers, as well of the other teacher , don’t know her name but she barely know English and my kid would cry so much being with her , it’s became questioning. I once witnessed her pushing a kid in the head to keep the kid walking . Not even a kid it was a toddler , looked like one year old . And I’m not a person who comment hateful things because that just not right , but Mrs Laurie she doesn’t care about nobody , but her self. She will literally make your life a living hell and would not care at all . But you guys have a good day .and I do hope this place gets better ! But I honestly missed the old employees that was there last year , my kid love them !

We have used this daycare for well over a year now and have nothing but positives to say about it. My child’s teachers are kind, understanding and very communicative. They spend a lot of time outside which is important to us and our child seems to really connect with everyone there. We look forward to another “school year” with them.

Absolutely DISGUSTING place. Parents please do NOT send your children here. For the safety of your children, research the reports made on this place...Edit: you dont need to know who i am to know this place is a cess pool and your staff should be caged like an animal

This place is NOT what it use to be; the staff have changed. The customer service & communication is horrible. When you reasonably try to bring it to the attention of management they defend it in the most ignorant ways possible. Do yourself a favor & take your child somewhere else.

We found Son Catchers in late spring of 2020 as they were one of the few locations approved for children of essential workers. Overall, we love this place!-Very easy to work with and accommodating. If you have concerns, they truly listen and do their best to satisfy parents wishes.-They get the kids outside a LOT for play time! This is what we loved the MOST about this place. Kids NEED outdoor play. We communicated how important outdoor play was to us and Son Catchers did their best to get our daughter outside every day.-They’re very flexible with the scheduling. Surprisingly flexible. We didn’t expect this, but we like this flexibility a lot.-Another added bonus is the pictures you get of your child can really brighten your day when you’re stuck at work.With Son Catchers, our daughter goes to school happy and comes home happy nearly every day. Thank you!
