I love that I didn't have to take time out of packing to go there. Oh, and they leave your lock in the unit and send you the unit number and pass code.”

“I have used Snapbox for almost 2 years. The location is always clean and the staff have always been helpful and friendly. Kathy has always gone above and beyond to help me any way she possibly can. Edward is helpful and knowledgeable as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone that may ask.
Edit: 5/30/24, spoke with Kathy today about downsizing a unit that I have at a Vineland Snapbox. The owner Craig called me within the hour and was able to accommodate my request. Once again I experienced prompt and pleasant service from both of them.”

“The store was super clean, I was having trouble locating my U-Haul with the app and the woman in the store offered for me to come inside and she would assist me. She was super friendly (filling in from the Toms River location) and she got me the keys and all set up with my vehicle in less than 5 minutes. The return of the U-Haul was just the same, took about 5 minutes and everyone there was super friendly.”

“Staff is good fast service and always trying to update the place only thing is no dumpster that can be used on site and also there where mice on the outside units n the only that are climate control aren't controls on hot days it feels like a oven in the area n buildings need to fix there inside units”
“When we were moving, we were unsure how much storage we would need. We booked two units and only needed one. Brittany helped us through the entire process over the phone and made it so easy. Once we moved our belongings into storage, we only needed one unit. Brittany refunded us and adjusted everything to reflect the one unit. It was so easy. We will be customers with storage sense for a very long time!”
“My wife and I did an entire remodel of our house. We had to empty the entire house and attic. English Creek Self Storage worked with us, and made it easy for us with access to the storage unit. English Creek Self Storage was secure and we had no issues. The unit was clean when we started storing our belongings, and we left the unit the way we found it. The unit never got wet during rain storms and our belongings were safe and dry. I highly recommend English Creek Self Storage if you need to store your belongings.”

BHP in EHT, NJ and Fire Road in EHT, NJ.I want to give a big shout out and a 10x review for Doris....she helped me with the Fire Road, EHT, NJ location. Without her help on my side (the customer) with the district manager....things certainly would have been difficult for me as well as my family.
