We purchased a beautiful living room. Sofa & chairs. The delivery people all three times were superior!They Took great care & even helped us navigate up 2 flights of steps w caution & accuracy. Akeem was the coordinator on all 3 deliveries so I would recommend Platts to everyone.

My wife and I would just like to say how pleased we are with our purchase of the Elran Reclining sofas and for the exceptional customer service we received from Platts Beach House Furnishings. The young man who came to our home to install the battery for the motorized recliners was very nice, competent, helpful and professional. He addressed our issues and got everything installed and up and running quickly. We also found the sales personnel to be knowedgeable and helpful. They helped us to purchase the perfect set of sofas for our livingroom. Thank you all so much.

This store is amazing! The staff are kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. Betsy is fantastic! They carry a huge selection of well made and beautiful furniture and accessories.I think their prices are also fair. Definitely worth a visit!!

The selection and set up of furniture is wonderful to get some ideas for that close to the beach decor for your home as long as you have the funds to do it! ? Friendly and knowledgeable staff eager to assist you. ? So many choices in nautical flare and wimsey, I want it all! ? We give it ?????? ...and probably won't be back! ??

Ordered 2 Beautiful sofas and an ottoman . Huge selection and different pieces for all types of coastal homes. Frank was so helpful and patient with me. He was a pleasure to work with. The store was busy but he was helping me pick out pictures, lamps and even spent time matching fabrics for pillows for the sofa. I had a wonderful experience shopping here. Wish all stores in the area could give such great customer service as I received today! Will definitely be back! Thank you Frank!

We recently purchased 4 rooms of furniture from Platt's. What a great experience from our sales representative, Frank to the deliverymen. The delivery went very smoothly and the deliverymen took great care when entering our home and when bringing in the furniture. They were very attentive to assure that the furniture was placed correctly. Definitely a great experience!! Platt's is truly the best. If you are looking for furniture, this is the place.
