Paid for a platinum car wash, inside in open areas still has pockets of sand and dirt after “vacuuming”, floor boards were not vacuumed, and outside of car has big spots unwashed. Window cleaning was skipped on windshield, sunroof and back window. Waste of money.

Amazing service. I am several months pregnant and have not been able to clean my car so it was very dirty. Therefore I chose the platinum plus wash. They were very thorough and efficient. They even went out of their way to grab a chair for me to sit in the shade because it was a very sunny and hot day which was very kind. Thank you!

I used to love Platinum. The service has sincerely tanked, consistently. I stopped taking my car a couple of years ago. Today was the nail in the coffin for my husband. When you leave a car wash with a hand finish there shouldn't be bird poop left behind. They're not wiping down the center console or door jam at all anymore. I have weathertech floor mats and leather. Y'all barely have to vacuum but still not thorough. Ya hid the tip bin from your employees, so I can't even buy better service if I want to. I'll just pay for my wash at PJ's and get my oil changed at Brian's Linwood Gulph.

Don't waste your time or money. I was foolish enough to try again after 2 years.
Didn't think it was possible to get worse, but it did. I could do better myself in 10 minutes. Windows just smeared, they barely vacuumed and didn't wipe down any of the interior which I specifically asked for. The one one that speaks any English is the cashier. Don't bother trying to talk to them. Never again.

Terrible car wash. Make the mistake of bringing my car there every couple months and always disappointed. They barely clean inside.

Car wash is great the *****
The girl at the counter is never nice and sometimes rude .
She does not appreciate that she had a job . Many people are struggling out there its a sin to not do your very best with a smile on your face .
I suggest finding another cashier

I got to give it to platinum car wash for possibly being the worst car wash on the planet. They do horrible “work” and the manager is a rude idiot. I went there for a $150 oil change and the free car wash was basically them running through the car wash and not cleaning the inside or vacuuming. I asked him after a 25 minute wait why they didn’t vacuum and he said they would (they can’t speak English well). Then he just took the Matt’s washed them off and said it was done. I called the manager who was a rude prick and didn’t even apologize. Told me to drive back 25 minutes away for a free car wash and I did two days later. When I asked for him when I was there he wouldn’t show his face and you won’t believe it— they ran through the car wash and never vacuumed or cleaned windows again! Lmao this is unreal. I asked the guy in the front and he said it was done. Not worth the aggravation and I’ll spending thousands a year else where. I had three cars I take there and also my parents: they just lost 5 cars monthly off of my business. Do better ? s.

My go to spot when I’m down in area! I’ve never had a bad experience when I get my car fully detailed. For $50 they do an amazing job!

Have two black spots on tires from cleaner not whole tire. Pulled floor mats vacuumed some dirt and just threw mats back in. Windows still dirty. People were half way nice though.
