Great experience with Mike, the store manager! Very efficient, quick, and painless. He listened, didn’t try to push anything, advised and presented what I asked for, got me the best deal with a quick delivery set up. Even moved it out a day when I called back due to scheduling issues on my end. Best experience I had in any mattress store and overall furniture store in a long time!!! And I’ve been frustrated… if you need a new mattress, go see him and you’ll be very pleased!

We did the computer assessment where we laid on the bed to see what type of mattress would best suit us and then tried several options.We got one that feels great and can’t wait to have it delivered! My husband bought an $85 mattress cover here. We wanted to return it (new, unopened) after realizing the items price was significantly marked up compared to other places. They refused stating they won’t return any bedding after it exits the store - per their policy - which evidently IS printed on the back of the receipt - you know, that little slip of paper given to you AFTER a purchase. So overpriced and no refunds - seems like a solid business.
