Jackson hewitt somers point nj location is absolutely terrible the lady there does not know what she doing neither does the kid, they look more confused than me and didn't seem to know how to do their job. She put right street address and wrong town then I pointed it out and she said it's too late and doesn't matter. This was before coronavirus now the irs has my wrong address and I have to put the fake address in the portal to get my stimulus checks and she gives me an agi to use that wasn't half of what I made. Dumbfounded on the telephone cant even answer my questions, please just go to hrblock or anywhere else.. this was the first and last year I will use these incompetent scumbags jackson hewitt somers point nj

Went in for an advance on our taxes for 200 bucks 4 hours later we get a text stating we weren't qualified for it waste of time ,after being a dedicated customer for 2 years i thought they were better than h and r block but i guess i was wrong

The Somers Point location is my to go to when it is tax season. DEBBIE the manager is the absolute BEST!!! Would highly recommend ANYONE to go see her and get your taxes done, she is so professional and is amazing at her job!!! I'm always in and out getting my taxes done and the fact that they take walk ins is a huge plus!!! I would and will recommend anyone to this location at anytime and I definitely will be back next year!!!!
