An Inexpensive place to go if you only need the room for a couple of hours to do your spouse dirty, right Jessica?

Best 2 star motel I ever stayed at. Clean, comfortable big bed, quiet mostly traveling working class people. Very good workers, cable with movie channels. Family favorite for years and we will continue to stay here. -

No seriously this is a perfect place for me it's a trip back in time so like the 70s the room acoustics are great it's absolutely inspiring place to make music and write music, in the hotspot of my hometown birthplace.

If there were zero stores I would give zero stars we walked in and we were horrified The place hasn't been touched since 1960 everything was sticky it was absolutely disgusting We left they kept $109 of my money would not give that back They refunded $138 They wanted to charge me $20 a dog a day and $20 for an upgraded kitchen which there was no kitchen there was a frozen refrigerator It was horrible please do not ever go there

Great place and for the price and location can’t beat it. Very friendly staff, nice pool, clean and they even provide a little breakfast. Location is also great…only a few minutes drive from the beach. I would definitely stay there again. I looked at some of the other reviews and almost didn’t stay there because of it but I’m really glad I did. The only negative thing I can say is that the floors could be renovated but once again for the price, you couldn’t ask for more. Very good place.Rooms: The rooms were clean.

I give this place 3 stars for the good, the bad, and the ugly. The good-- it was good to have a place to stay for a night that was close to the beach and other places we planned to see. Everything works. Also, pool was nice; and the two male staffs were nice, too. Families-kids-pets friendly. The bad-- it was bad that the room we stayed in had some mosquitoes which I killed 3 out of 4 with a man-made rubberband. The fourth one hunted us all throughout the night that I didn't sleep well. Saw that mosquito again in the morning but still couldn't kill it. No worries, he'll lead the next platoon over for your next stay bahahaha. The ugly-- room wasn't the most luxurious but could be better. Small room, had to plug in the lamp that was unplugged. Make sure to wipe down remote control and door knobs due to on-going pandemic. Windows glued in, therefore couldn't open to ventilate the room. Lastly, rooms for improvement-- staffs/housekeepers, sanitize the room and kill all the mosquitoes and bugs to refresh and create the atmospheric vibes before your guests arrive, please! Continental breakfast could be served in a bigger room instead of right there inside the door of check-in/checkout office where one gots to squeeze his/her way in to get food and a very sweet orange juice. Overall, for a little over $100, this place isn't too bad. Just don't whine too much about it. Think survival for a night. If staying longer, then think Rambo bahahaha.

good price but dirty. thankfully no bed bugs but needed to ask for new sheets. the guy up front was rude about me asking for new sheets. maybe put clean sheets on the first time so people don't have to ask for any.

My friend and I were looking for somewhere inexpensive with a pool and pet friendly near Ocean City. It's not the cleanest or most modern but for the price and location I got what was expecting. The pool and surrounding deck and tables were exceptionally clean and the rooms just need a little updating. But we had no shortage of food options, Ocean City is a short drive over the bridge, and we stayed from Monday-Friday with two dogs for under 1000 dollars so I have very few complaints about my experience.

Great place for just sleeping and going to the beach. Very close proximity, its a bonus they have a pool. Very child friendly. I love that Wawa is directly across the street. Great price for how close to the beach. Definitely not a room I would spend the day in our around. Like I said, a great place because of location. House keeping needs to move things around and clean under. The beds are springs so heads up.Walkability: Wawa is across the street and a diner right beside wawa you can walk to.

This place is absolutely disgusting. If 0 stars was possible, I’d be sure to choose 0. STAY AWAY. From the horrible service from Bobby, the disgusting rooms, Example; CRACK PIPE under my bed, disgusting sheets, mold around the shower, and much more. I personally wouldn’t even let my dog stay here. After seeing my room, I went and spoke to Bobby. (Manager). Bobby continued to tell me it wasn’t his issue, and there’s nothing he can do for me. Didn’t offer my my one night refund, NOTHING. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!! ITS GROSS!Safety: If crack is safe, go for it!

Good value incl free breakfast, pool etc. pet friendly, nice people. The rooms have all the necessities. Very good quilted mattresses, the only thing the room lacks is a dresser. But the walk-in closet makes up for that in spades…the mini fridge is large enough. Wawa is across the street. 24/7 and they have a gas station.

!!!This place is absolutely INCREDIBLY for its price! !!!I see a ton of bad reviews but I genuinely think that they are overreacting. Whenever I go to OCNJ on a budget, I book here instantly. There were zero bugs like people were saying and it was relatively clean. Just bring your own blankets, and you are okay. !!!!!!!!

The website pictures were very deceiving. The room was very small, the bathroom even smaller. The towels they gave us had stains on them.. After the first night we placed our "clean the room" sign out and went out for 3 hours. Our room was never touched and because there is no where to hang the wet towels we had to put them on the floor. When the maid never showed I had to go to the office to get new towels. They were surprised that we needed more towels. The pool floor was dirty so I couldn't swim in it. I guess the saying "You get what you pay for" is true. Very disappointed with the hotel.
