Old and dirty!!The room smelled clean and that's about it. Decent shower head. Pool was fine. Staff was warm. The bathroom was gross. The paint was peeling. There was a bug squashed on the wall. Bugs in the ceiling light. We utilized two rooms during our stay. Neither of them had chain on the door. Both smelled like smoke. The WiFi was awful. We had to keep reconnecting every few minutes and it is unbearably slow. The TV was blurry- old cable boxes mixed with newer TVs. The place is RUN DOWN. Cramped and old. Trash motel. We did chose to stay rather than find another room- that was laziness on my part. But it is definitely a dump. Won't be back. Sorry!

We booked last minute for a family getaway. Stinky, full of sketchy people. Run down, dirty and dated. Staff are rude and we frankly felt so unsafe here that we left and paid for another hotel elsewhere. No refunds. Buyer beware!!

My room was somewhat updated with new wood like flooring, updated bedding, new faucets, and new tub enclosure. I was pretty happy with the room except for one inexcusable shortcoming -- the WiFi was totally unreliable in my room. Having internet access is so much more important than a television with countless cable channels in this day and age. Had the motel had reliable Internet, I would have given it four stars for being a high value Economy Motel, with a great location just across the bridge from Ocean City.## WiFi "fix"-- I relocated my laptop/phone from the desk to the table next to the WINDOW and then my WiFi signal was just fine. If you experience problem with WiFi, get closer to the external wall because the router antennas are outside in the walkways and the walls are concrete. ##

Room was clean. New bathroom tub and toilet but situated strangely. Very outdated with bedding but comfortable. Desk person was very nice and accommodating.

Don’t recommend! It’s quick for just one night but he will try to get over and charge you extra. I reserve the room before I got there they took off $113.48. I paid the rest once I got there. Then the next day my family and I left out, came back to the key card not working. Went to the office to see the problem the guy in the office said I owe him $64. After I paid everything I owed when I arrive plus $50 deposit. Then after I showed him receipts he then went and said I owed him another $113. The hotel is convenient for one night but it’s not worth the scamming or headache. The Rooms are outdated anyway. Keep looking there’s other rooms around with out the extra headache.

I very much appreciate this motel, which has a very helpful manager and staff. Rooms are well serviced and clean with amenities at an affordable price. Thank you to all staff for a pleasant stay this past weekend.

Okay...this is a budget motel. The front desk was a bit rickety but the man was friendly. After checking us in, we parked and went upstairs to our room. Pleasant surprise! The room was clean, smelled clean and pretty spacious. Shower was good too. Towels and shampoo, conditioner and soap provided plus hair dryer and two racks for luggage which was fantastic. We stayed one night. Very quiet and slept comfortably.

Would have given it 5 stars but there were a couple shady people staying at one of the rooms and acting very suspect and I've been going here for a couple years and never noticed anything like that, but nothing we can't handle On the other hand the rooms are really clean and service great.

Clean and comfortable basic stay for a quick beach trip. Right across the street from Wawa and diner if needed. I have stayed more than a few times and never had any issues. A definite deal in comparison to some of places you would pay for directly in Ocean City.Rooms: Clean and comfortableNearby activities: Short drive to Ocean CitySafety: Well litNoteworthy details: Close to bay bridge that you can walk, run, bike, fish, etc.

Clean and well-lit motel. The price was right and the rooms were nice. The housekeeper takes pride in her work, so leave a tip in the envelope. We encountered no ruffians staying here, which tend to plague motor inns these days. Will definitely stay here again if in town.

an inexpensive room ($99) with a clean sheet and bath, outdated furniture, no entry door safety, partially cleaned microwave, frozen fridge, unprofessional repairs, make this an ok place for a one night, i need a bed and shower place to stay, but for a vacation stay, this is not the place i would choose, but it is cheap and you get what you pay for.. the saving grace is the staff who make every effort to help you.

All the reviews on this hotel are quite dated so I felt the need to leave a current one. This hotel is not a 5-star hotel, it is just mediocre. If you need a place to stay this place absolutely works. The rooms are clean but very very outdated. The linens are fine and clean. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The outside of this hotel is nothing to look at as it is very rundown, but if you only need a place to sleep, I definitely recommend it. We did not use the pool and there is no breakfast.

Did not feel very clean. The sheets literally smelled like shit. They also felt sandy. We had booked a room with 2 queen beds and when our group of 6 got there, we were told the room was a maximum of 2 people unless we wanted to pay $25 per extra person. Odd considering it was 2 big beds.

Please do not come here. I booked for 2 nights, paid a little over $800 (we had 6 guests) and it was a NIGHTMARE! First of all, the man at the front desk was rushing us the whole time as we were trying to check in. The key cards did not work until the 5th attempt. As soon as we opened the door, we were met with the horrible smell of cigarettes. I had my 3 younger children with me and I had to go out and buy air fresheners for the room. That's not even the worst part. My son was washing his face in the sink and my husband was about to take a shower when they both screamed. I ran over and the water was coming out brown!!! We left it running, hoping it would change back to normal but it did not. I went downstairs to speak with the man at the front desk because SHOCKER the phone in the room did not work!! I showed him the video of the disgusting brown water and he simply shrugged his shoulders and said it wasn't his problem. He told us to just keep running the hot water. I asked if we could switch rooms, he said no because they were all booked. Mind you, it was 1am and there were 4 cars in the parking lot and about 50 rooms. My son felt sick because he had gotten some of the water in his mouth and had a bad tummy ache the whole night. When I asked if we could do a late check out, he was rude and condescending and said that late check outs don't exist. The room was never cleaned, even though we had put the sign on the door for cleaning service. Overall rating is a 1/10. Only good part is that it's only across the bridge from the beach. Please don't waste your money on this place and find a different place to stay!
