I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt pertaining to my auto and homeowners. I found Matt to be knowledgeable in all the products and professional. He was honest about rates and coverages and his customer approach was excellent. I went into the call assuming I would be moving to another carrier, but he was able to make things work.

Very rude customer service! I called for an auto insurance quote and renters policy woman took all my info put me on hold then hung up on me I immediately called back got voicemail and left a message no one ever returned my call! How is it this person still has a job in customer service?Must be Allstate see my review on Absecon agency!

Called the other day to see if I can make changes to my policy because it was a little high for me the woman on the phone was really rude I couldn't really hear her because I was Bluetooth I ask her if she can change my pip on my one car to lower it since I don't drive it that much she said it is state law that the minimum you can get is higher then what it was before didn't know the law change she kept telling me I can always go somewhere else if I didn't like the rate I was giving ask me if I wanted to add on renters insurance I told her I didn't she came me another option besides going to shop somewhere else but that didn't work for me I told her no thanks and hung up never went into the office just over the phone was enough for me

The absolute worst customer service. Completely rude, no understanding of any services they offer! If you want to feel smart, or feel better about yourself, call Matt, he is literally the most incoherent person I have ever spoken to! It’s so bad, maybe it’s an actual disability! 0 stars is what should be left, non compliant, greedy liars! I got scammed during the “call your friends and family”, new hire shenanigans, as they were a new business, I fell for it!! I knew the owner and his “right had man scammer, Matt”, but didn’t realize they were actually scamming people, until it was too late! I thought they were going to save me money, that is what I was told! How do they save you money? They lie! Every time I called to add my young children to the policy, it turns out, they never were never added!! Teenagers that were driving without insurance! I called to add my re-powered boat, with 2023 engines, was told it was completed, engines were not added when I checked in… because “Matt was too busy”, I had only checked after I had received a new quote from State Farm! State Farm pointed out they never even insured the boat hull, for 4 years, and no changes to the new engines! The best part is when I made my last payment online, it didn’t go through and I wasn’t alerted via phone, e-mail, or mail. They canceled my policy for 4 cars only and didn’t make any contact! They however thought it would be cool to keep house (s) and boat! They not only kept other policies, they wouldn’t insure cars again which is hysterical!! Fortunately, we are signed up for mail alerts and NOTHING for the last 6 months had been sent to the house. Allstate is obviously a countrywide business, just find a locally run company that follows the rules and employs staff that can at least breath and type at the same time, without drooling ✌? **Updated to mention many message for owner and Matt were left, none returned. This is a very honest review of the service you will get here, keep that in mind, they are a different level of friendly when you first meet them and they want your business…and then nothing…
