the WORST. I called @530 to ask what time my medication would be ready. One of the techs told me 630….I drove 30 mins out of my way to be told it wouldn’t be ready until 7pm….rude and inconvenient employees working at this location, every single one of them, very obvious that they do not value other peoples’ time.

They were great here. Only issue is the younger kid pharmacy tech I believe he is was talking about me with this other young girl while I was in line. They stareed at me multiple times kept looking up an chuckling. Very rude. Maybe he recognized me from usually going to the Margate CVS but I was at the dentist in Somers point so figured I'd just get my anti biotic here.When you stare at someone multiple times an chuckle while doing it common sense dictates you were talking about them.Very rude. He and that young lady should have more class.

Took 5 hours to pick up an antibiotic. When I arrived they explained it wasn't ready and they were going on lunch. I called my husband to tell him. Funny how he immediately gets the text right after I leave to say it's ready. Hence I drive back around and pick it up. Wouldn't it make more professional sense if they say hey, can you go park your car and come on in by the time you come in?.... It'll be ready! I know you can see the order in the queue. Let's get your priority straight here. People. It wasn't a maintenance drug. It's an antibiotic that's needed for that day. My husband also has an autoimmune disease so he desperately needs an antibiotic ASAP. It's really sad how the compassion is so lost in the pharmacy anymore. There was a time when the pharmacist was so compassionate and friendly. You almost felt like you were part of her family. Now you're just the number that they want to get through in and out real fast and NEXT! So sad

First and foremost, I want to let the Google community know how great Holly the pharmacist is at this CVS location. She is very knowledgeable, generous with her time, super accommodating, and just awesome. In the past, I have detailed how great Danielle the pharmacy tech is and I want to reiterate that here. The entire pharmacy staff, not everyone of whom I know by name, is excellent! You can get your prescriptions here with the utmost of confidence.

I can’t believe what I experience today at this CVS. My boyfriend and I arrived today 12/2/2022 at about 9:00am shopping just like everyone else. The aisle was blocked off due to so many boxes we had to walk around and go down a different aisle just to get to the aisle we want. Now as we was looking for the product we wanted a young white lady with black hair asked us did we need help (she was unloading a small box) We said yes and proceeded to tell her what was was looking for. She told us that the product was no longer in shock so we decided to look for a different brand. She literally stayed there which I thought she was looking for something so I paid it no mind. Her coworker called her over to the next aisle. When my boyfriend and I finally got what we was looking for we proceeded to walk to the register but as we turned the corner the same young white lady with black hair and her young white male coworker with glasses was standing right there staring at us but the hurried to try to play it off as if the wasn’t following us. Never had this ever happened to me before and now I know how it feel when people that’s the same color as me are being stalked around the store. I’m extremely upset at the fact that CVS have people like this working for them. So what I did was ring the bell so that the workers that was following us can checkout us out but instead they sent someone else to do it. So sad and disgusting that a racists a**holes is working in a store that we suppose to trust with our wellness.

This store is my least favorite CVS. The pharmacy is awesome - not so about the rest of the store. Very disorganized, boxes piled high in the aisles, there is Always an issue with the self check out machines, each transaction with a live cashier takes quite a while for each customer. Not sure if it’s the machines that are the issue or lack of staff for a busy corner store. The automatic front door is broken. Gave up and went elsewhere for the products needed.
