Discovered we had an issue with our heat on a Sunday. While we do have a service plan with Comfort Now, we didn't expect the issue would be resolved that day. The technician arrived within 3 hours and had the replacement part we required in the truck. Excellent service especially given that we put in a call on a weekend.
