“I've never been to any sneaker or shoe store where the entire staff acknowledged you in the store. Whether you saw them first or they saw you, I was greeted with a smile and was never left alone waiting for someone to assist me. The store was clean and organized even during what seemed like a busy time of the day. This was my first time going to this location and based off of today's experience I will definitely check it out again. I just wish I could remember the womans name that assisted me today because she deserves some recognition! Not just because of how she helped me, also because of how she was with other customers and her fellow employees. “I was in the market for new sneakers and Road Runner Sports was recommended by a coworker. I stopped in on a busy Friday evening and was very impressed with the time, care and professionalism that I received from Paul. He did not rush me, explained everything yet did not pressure me to buy and even put up with my corny mom jokes! In the end, I did buy a pair of Hokas and an insert. The effect was immediate. I went for my first long walk this morning and my feet feel great. Not a bit achy as often experienced before. Paul is a credit to the company and I will personally recommend him. “Excuse me I had the best service today??? Mo was an absolute treasure! Today was the last day to redeem vans points conversion vouchers, so we got to talking about the videos and the education that the vans family program gave to the community. It was honestly lovely. I've been wearing vans over half my life and that was the coolest rewards program I've ever been a part of. Now that they're changing the rewards system, I hope vans continues to platform artists and showcase skate documentaries around the world because it was a fantastic experience.”

She checked to ensure there were some in stock in my size, then I came to the store.She was so patient and knowledgeable. I also asked about slip-on sneakers which she was able to fit me with. I also purchased some compression socks that feel great. She never pressured me to buy anything. Thank you Nikki!”

I was taking awhile to find the right size because i haven't shopped for shoes in a long time and they were all super patient with me and very helpful. “An amazing store & experience. I had gotten my 1st pair of diabetic shoes last year from a different store & wasn’t entirely happy.I went today to Shoester’s & it was amazing! I was measured & it turned the shoes I had were not the correct size. I have neuropathy & can’t feel my feet which makes it difficult to tell.The shoes I got today made a huge difference. I was walking much better & the orthotics fit perfectly.They have a wide variety of stylish shoes & most are in stock. I ordered a pair of dress shoes which I’ll happily wait for.If you’re on Medicare they’ll process the paperwork for you. I highly recommend them!”

Prices are reasonable and definitely lower than most stores I've been too, like Snipes, Footlocker and so on!!! “First time ever shopping here a week ago.. Came here with 2 of my children. They needed new shoes and socks. I may have also treated myself to a pair or 2 of shoes, sandals and socks. After 2 washes, the socks started falling apart. $8 for a 3 pack of socks and they fall apart after a week?! I bought 4 packs and I regret buying them very much. The shoes are still fine, the socks, forget about it. I imagine if the socks fall apart quickly, the clothes will too. I am now keeping a close eye on our shoes. Will not be returning to this store unless the shoes start to fall apart within the month.Update: A pair I bought was too large. I did not try them on in the store because they were the same size as the first pair I tried on, same brand. Took them back and asked to exchange them. They did so politely, I tried them on before exchanging. Thank you for your patience & assistance.”
