Walked in and attempted to be serviced. They refused stating they had appts coming in. I've never seen a nail salon turn away service without offering a different time to come in.

got a gel pedicure and they did not cure the polish. paid $45 and they look terrible. went back and they would not give me my money back. they blamed it on the fact that I got white nail polish.

Save your money!!!THE ABSOLUTE WORST QUALITY!Also, they play the game so you pay cash only. Sign says credit card machine is down. MY NAILS LOOKED BUMPY AND HORRIBLE. Go somewhere else, they couldn't care less! They don't say 1 word to you!

Be careful at Golden Nails. They DO NOT sterilize their equipment. I have been a client for over 10 years and now have fungus under my fingernails. It's going to take at least 6 months to clear up. Not to mention the doctor's visits and medications. They will never see me again!

I cannot comment on the golden nails. It's just that I love their fluorescent lilac tube lighting juxtaposed with their plastic flora. What a sight to see. I will say I'm disappointed that they do not have a discount for GOLDEN nails. If you request for "GOLDEN" nails and even wink or rub their employees shoulders with your shoulder and whisper 'you know what I'm saying' and maybe 'you know what I mean' and raise you're eyebrows but lower your chin at the same time like your about to scold them, it's nothing special. Contrary to popular belief, there are also NO life-size GOLDEN nails in the shop at least that I could see. It's hard to see straight in those massage chairs. Please check out their plants they should still be there because they're not living
