Pulled in at 9:58 just now to try to walk in the store and the young gentleman(tall dark hair) had closed the store early. Not ok.

A script my doctor has taken an 1 entire week to fill and a script order yesterday was not ready for pickup at 1:00pm. Was unable to get back in an as directed in an hour but went tonight @ 7:30 only to see a sign saying “sorry drive through closed tonight.” This is far from the first time that scripts have taken a ridiculous amount time or something else went wrong. . Waited a 1/2 on hold to be told by the one pharmacist he is 6 days behind with only 1 cashier. This company should be fined and put out of business.

Honestly i didnt even want to give 1 star the man that works there refused to fill my daughters script a she is. Going through MAT i understand that he does have that right but not everyone on this medicine is a junkie so yea i dont suggest anyone going through this go to this place

This stuff here is something else. It’s so annoying about their lies at times. I called and asked if the ends were sent over. They lied and said they weren’t sent over yet. Bi check the app and sure enough it was in process in the app. I try calling them back and guess what they are closed.This isn’t the first time they did this. They are so lazy and don’t want to work.

This particular location is always eerily empty. Weird vibe....not inviting. Have stopped in a pinch but would not go out of my way. The male manager has always been friendly and helpful. The geese in the parking lot are the best part of the trip.

This is the best CVS pharmacy by far. Always welcoming and efficient and friendly. I have shopped at many CVS stores in the area and none of them come close to the service at Smithville. The entire staff is top notch, Casey and Deb always make me feel like I’m visiting a friend.

Always get the best service from the cashier, pharmacy and especially the photo service. Never had a bad experience. The employees go over and beyond to help me .

Sad to write a bad review of my hometown CVS - it's usually a messy, disorganized and understaffed store - but today I'm just frustrated to find out they won't give me a flu shot! I tried to make an appointment online, and the website scheduled me at another CVS across town. When I showed up there, they said their system was down (we all know we can't give shots without a system that is "up"). So I drove 5 minutes over to CVS Smithville to see if I could wait in line for a walk-in flu vaccine (as advertised on the radio). There was no line at the Pharmacy and the sign taped to the plexiglass divider said, "Appointments recommended." I thought to myself, "this might work out," but the overworked and dismissive pharmacy assistant said, "No appointment, no shot." OK - I'll make an appointment for next week when I get back from a business trip, but darn, do they have to make it so tough to stay healthy?
