Storage is important when you travel a lot
But not very happy with the service and they don't answer the phone it is critical for me to get in there as I must travel I couldn't get my stuff a couple of times this is very unprofessional and unacceptable

I highly recommend Grand Storage Group for all storage needs!! Very accommodating, great customer service, & above they are available whenever needed!! Pam is absolutely wonderful & friendly. Answers questions promptly & works with you so that you feel safe & secure storing your belongings. It is also in a very convenient, non-busy area.

Being evicted rent was payed up. Grand gave me no explanation just said they have the right to evict any one theychoose.Who will be next?And they have spiders I was there over 10years.
