really incredible service but my husband theo burned his tongue on his bagel sandwich and it was really sad so make sure you let your food cool off before you eat it thank you very much

I ordered a smoothie at 1242am paid at the register and did not receive my order until 1252a and there were 2 customers (including me) in the store at least 3 workers. When I received my drink which usually has graham cracker crumbs sprinkled on top without the sprinkles, I asked the worker who made the drink about the sprinkles not being on it. She starts to walk back to the back and then lies and says she put the sprinkles under the whipped cream and proceeded to go back to wiping the coffee counter down. I checked—you guessed it there were no sprinkles under the whipped cream. I guess wiping the coffee counter down was more important than giving me what I paid my hard earned money for. Wawa won’t get my money again.

Service is usually quick but my concern is WHY ARENT THEY FILLING MY CUP OF MAC!? It’s skimpy and under the fill line.

Antoinette is so a wonderful and friendly drink maker, she made one of the best frozen Chai Tea Matcha drinks I've ever had from Wawa. 10/10, a great employee to have on the team, super nice!

This has got to be the worst Wawa that I’ve ever been to. The service was terrible, the attitudes of the people that I’ve encountered working there was terrible. I ordered two items on the app for pick up that wasn’t prepared and ready for me to pick it up when I got there. Then as I asked for them, I am met with a negative attitude and the person who gave me my order says to another customer as I’m walking away that I was weird. So not only are they unprofessional but they are rude as well. It seems that Wawa needs to do away with their App and pick up orders because they can’t seem to find someone who is competent enough to put an order together for pick up even when it’s only two items. There’s been a lot of issues with these locations preparing pick up orders in a timely fashion. The woman at the register was going to send me to another store for a sizzlie burrito, which I didn’t order. Which means she misread my order or assumed that I was ordering a sizzlie burrito. The breakfast burrito that I ordered was put together terribly and also was cold by the time I got it on top of bad service I received terrible food as well. I will never stop at this Wawa ever again. I do mobile work so I am constantly traveling. I tried to utilize the convenience of putting in the order through the app before I go into the store so that it will be prepared in a bag so I can pick it up and keep moving to my next destination. That is in the case.

Everyday I go and order "A little bit of butter on a bagel" and every time, I have to walk over to the coffee station and scrape off tons of butter. And today one of the young ladies remembered my face but was not making my order and told the other young lader to make my order with a "little bit of butter" and she got an attitude and just slapped a ton of butter and wrapped it up. I don't understand why its so complex to put less butter. Oh well, hope they have a great day. I guess Wawa is a stressful environment
