I went in because my screen on my phone cracked bad. A young lady , Lisa , that works here helped me find my next new phone and helped me transfer all of my information from my old phone onto the new one. She made sure I had insurance this time and she kept everything within my budget.

Guy who works here lies and tells you phones are free then changes your plan to cheaper plan to hide the cost of the new phone all while he lines his pockets with commission from a sale he lied through his teeth to get. Infuriating!!! Just got off the phone with customer service changing everything back. Management needs to take disciplinary action or we can all ban together w an attorney. Probably should just leave Verizon and get something pre paid. Tired of scammers.

Went in to upgrade my phone, Lisa helped us and was awesome. Informed me of what my bill will look like so there were no surprises. And made sure we had the correct cords and cases and applied my screen protector too!!! Highly reccomend the Sicklerville store !!!

Johnathan was extremely knowledgeable about our new phone upgrades. He explained how each phone would work and how much we would receive for our trade-ins. He also set up our new phones and further explained additional promotions. He made the entire experience pleasant even though the process was a little long. I would definitely recommend buying a new phone from him. Thanks again Johnathan.

Jonathan was very kind and very precise with his work. He helped us switched two phones including transferring all files from the older phones. He gave us important details about each deal and took his time with each phone. He is an awesome employee.

The guy was unprofessional, I bought the phone, and asked 3 times the guy if another phone will still work, he said he doesn't know but should work, and after he activated the phone, my wife's phone stopped working right away, also he changed my plan so I had to change it again after a month because of an issue on my account because of him. You should teach your workers.
