Re: Passport Photo Service
Do not use the UPS store on Berlin Cross Keys Rd in Sicklerville NJ for passport photos. My husband paid cash for a digital passport photo that was supposed to be emailed to him. The store emailed him SOMEONE ELSE'S photo. After going to the store and showing the owner the email mistake, my husband deleted the email with photo to respect the person's privacy.
Five days and several phone calls later plus a return trip to the store and my husband finally received his digital passport photo. The store should stop offering this service and stick to shipping only. The store's passport photo system is incredibly disorganized. The store is reckless about privacy issues to send SOMEONE ELSE'S photo to a stranger. We wonder if the stranger received my husband's photo and where his photo is now in the internet world.

Quick and reliable service got my Bill of Sale notarized quickly and efficiently and was only $12 to notarize it. Definitely recommend them. A+!

This location’s employee, Dan, was the most helpful and kind person. I had several returns and he was extremely patient and walked me through how to fix an error with my return location. I should mention I was at this location at closing time and I was in no way rushed. So appreciative of this store today. I would 100% recommend others go here or over locations. Thanks !

I've had two bad experiences here. The main problem is lack of just general respect. Talking down to people is not what a professional does. There will not be a third time. Plus generally I don't feel safe even being in the place. Especially when it's crowded and the staff looses self control.

Not very pleased with my most recent visit. I sent 2 separate packages one was $75 cheapest they offered and the other was $38 plus they charged me $15 more for a box. The issue I have is when I gave them the 2 items that go in said box they took them to the back and said they could not package them upfront in front of me which I didn't understand because the entire time I was doing my first transaction the guy was packing away right there where I could see him so why take my items out of my site before it was boxed? I did not feel comfortable with that because if something is missing they will say it wasn't them. Just never experienced that before and I am not comfortable with that so called protocol. Also I ship from NC to NJ all the time and the cost just seemed a lot more to send it the opposite direction but maybe their prices went up since week before last 💁♀️ Lady up front was super nice until I questioned my items being taken out of my view so I dont understand that either and today it still shows my tracking number is too new to track and its been over 30 hours so.... I am not very happy with this experience at all!

Place is fast and great service
