Rented a motorcycle trailer, did it all online - very easy! The staff were very friendly & they helped hook it up to our truck. Will definitely use this location again if needed.

Arrived at 8:00 am and was told to wait until 8:30 despite uhaul telling me that they opened at 8, when I expressed that this was not okay, they then fiddled with the computer and were unable to provide me with a contract. They handed me the keys and basically told me I was to get a contract later, if something were to have happened during the time where I picked up my truck and got the contract (4 hours later) there could have been real problems
