Normally I have been very pleased with this SuperCuts location. However at this time I am extremely disappointed with them! I have left messages to make an appointment...no response. Their voice message says "we are currently open and we love walkins" I went there at 3 pm and they are closed. No business hours listed on door, no explanation for being closed during business hours, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!Gave them a 2 star simply because past experience had been wonderful and it is the only place that I have found that does a great job at cutting naturally curly hair.

I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my hair when I walked in. My hair is thick curly and a pain to deal with. Lexi made me feel so comfortable she is so sweet and listened to everything I wanted. She did a beautiful job on my hair. It was soft and curly when I left and not frizzy at all! I love the cut and color! She was amazing I've never felt better! Lily and Alexis are amazing. I nervously brought my special needs son in for a haircut concerned if they could handle him. Alexis was a trooper! My son, although fidgety allowed her to do his trim. Days later he's still talking about her and how much he loves his hair. Lexi is A+, highly recommend.Service: Haircut

My friend and stylist Lily from Cross Keys Supercuts is exceptional. She is superbly talented and takes time to ensuse a perfect cut every time I go. I have been a client for at least 8 years. If Lily is not feeling well etc. I will wait until she recovers rather than go to someone new. Lily is the best. Sincerely, Tom Storer

I’ve lived in jersey for five years. I’ve been to so many different salons and barbershop. My hair cut is super simple but yet every place I went to messed it up. I have Supercuts a chance to see what they could do. I had the AMAZING Ashton cut my hair and within seconds of her touching my head I knew it was going to be perfect. I’ve been coming here a few months now and I will never go anywhere else. Highly highly suggest this place and I highly suggest you request Ashton. 10/10 best place to go toService: Haircut
