No body was helping to facilitate our check out
The self checkout machine was constantly calling for assistance, cause we got donuts, and that apparently needs an associate approval.
We approached the lady at the chicken section twice in an interval of 6minutes, and she kept on saying: “wait a second “
Of course she never came and never helped, instead she was displaying a high end kind of horrible attitude.
I guess her name is Amaria or so.
Royal Farms, that’s shameful and has nothing Royal that can be contributed to your business or customer service

Very inconsistent with the quality of chicken. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes is quite awful. I admittedly tend to order very late night, 2-4am when I’m on my way home from Atlantic City, but it’s unacceptable when I place a mobile order 45 minutes ahead of time, and when I arrive, my order isn’t ready. I assume poor management is to blame.
Update on Aug 16, 2024: against my better judgement I decided to order chicken here once again. I placed an order through the app at 12:16am, with a pickup time of 12:45am. I ordered a 4 piece dark meal & arrived at the location at 12:46am. I walked in and said I was here for a 12:45 pickup and the girl working says, it won’t be ready for another 15 minutes. I expressed my distaste by saying “really? I ordered this 30 minutes ago.” She didn’t respond. I then waited patiently, and when my chicken was finally ready the employee just handed me the bag without saying anything. No “sorry for the wait,” or “we really apologize for the wait, how can we make this right.” Does management just not care about the customer service at this location at all? You’re known for “world famous chicken” yet you never have chicken ready. This will be my last time coming to this location, I’d much rather drive father to a location that is managed better and has a courteous, sober staff.

Disgusting. Place stinks and the floors could be used as an ice skating rink from all the grease buildup. Very dangerous to walk in there.

Placed prepaid mobile order at 9:24pm for 10:00pm pickup. Walk in at 10:05pm to be told I have to wait 20 minutes. I’d get my refund and walkout if that was an option.

EDIT: In response to the owner reply, I did reach out to RF via the website prior to posting this review two weeks ago. No one has gotten back to me to this day.

Just go to Wawa instead. This place has no staff working at all. I stood at the cashier for a long time before realizing no one was there. It was a complete waste of time. If they won’t staff the inside, they should just close it.

I just left this store and it is filthy on the inside. I've never seen a store this nasty in my life. The doors, the counters, it's like everywhere I looked it was dirty. The floors look like they haven't been mopped in months. It's only 1:30pm ..it's no reason why this store should be this filthy

You call.... phone rings a few times and they pickup and hang up. That $15 minimum wage at its best. This place will be out of business before you know it. Also... $3.99 for a small bottle of iced tea!!! No way that is sustainable. I was thirsty and even then I was like..... mmmyeah not worth it. Ill dehydrate.

Why do you guys never have a gas attendant out past 10 pm?? Like currently sitting at the gas pump it’s been 5 minutes do I need to go inside and ask someone to pump my gas for me or can I just do it myself since no one here?
