I would like to express how grateful I was/am for the experience I have received every time I go to this location. Each time I am in and out with an appt. There is never a wait time. The person who worked with me was very nice, professional, and quick. This appt particularly I forgot I had plans for that day, so I had my family waiting on me to join them. From start to finish the appt took 8 mins, meaning from the time i walked in until I was in my vehicle. He got me going about my day rather quickly. That was very impressive. Great job!! Much appreciation!!

The staff were rude and unprofessional, don’t waste your time going in to this place. I never see. Any place like where staff won’t even reply to your questions.

I wish I could give them a negative stars. This place is so unprofessional. I checked in at 11:10 was waiting this whole time just to tell me they closed at 12 at 12:05. The staff was super rude. They should have let me know when I checked in that they couldn’t take me instead of making me wait almost an hour for them to tell me they can’t take me. Will never be coming here again.

I was very concern about having to be stuck getting my blood drawn, I'm a very difficult stick. The lab tech who drew my blood was very good. She got me on the very first stick. Her name was Kay.Please tell her that I said thank you!

An employee (a man) at this location harassed this morning. He withdrew my blood about four months ago. He made a scene at the lab location this morning. He would not stop shouting at me and called me a racist because I reported his unfriendly and scary manner to Quest Headquarters at that time. Because I felt extremely harassed by him, I now fear for my safety since he asked the woman employee there who drew my blood what my name was and she told him right in front of me. He has access to my address and could taint my blood work. I am very fearful of this male employee.I’m far from racist; my life partner is a man of color. Do not go to this location. Both employees were extremely unprofessional and nasty. I will never go there again. No one should have to experience what I did and leave there feeling harassed and unsafe due to an employee’s uncalled for and ridiculous verbal abuse and confrontational behavior. ??

If you're a walk-in don't even bother. I waited 4hrs and was turned away 30 minutes before closing. Wasted a morning. Would have used labcorp had I known. The staff is uncaring.

Sad to hear louise and lenny are no longer there They were the best and so kind . Today the to personnel seem to be learning on the job i was stuck twice and she had to find the vein after she put the needle in now i have huge black and blue mark
