Super pleased with or experience here. I needed 2 tires changed out for new tires we brought in. It was a little busy when we showed up. Since they do mainly drive ins, they work in the order people come in so if it's busy, you may have to wait a bit, but it wasn't a bad wait at all. They are nice, down to earth people, but also professional and got my tires done quickly and correctly once it was my turn. The prices are fair and they are honest & upfront from the getgo. I'm also compelled to respond about the reviews saying they are unprofessional and disrespectful to women ? I did not see any of that through out my time there. They were very kind to me (a woman) and didn't disrespect me in any way at all. So I'm inclined to think that those saying that they are disrespectful were likely entitled jerks to begin with.. I will absolutely be going back there in a couple weeks to have them install the 2 rear tiers

Got a flat and needed a tire put on last minute on Mother's day Sunday ? They had the tire, changed it quickly and are very polite. The price was great too! I will definitely be back and would recommend checking them out for tires.

Gave one star only to be able to complete review. Like many other reviews, it was the total lack of professionalism that is absolutely ridiculous. The tall guy is just extremely rude and he is not even instrumental in fixing/changing anything… guess he’s there to run his mouth and be in the way a lil bit! I haven’t witnessed guys, up in age, so disrespectful, especially to a female. There was about 6 guys at this place “chillin” and I think maybe 2-3 were actually there to work… very uncomfortable environment, to say the least. Younger guy respectful and professional; I guess if you need tires bad enough and you can tolerate nonsense, it’ll do! I was disappointed and uncomfortable!

I brought my own tire and they tried charging me 3 different prices just to put it on for me. Dude was smoking weed on the side of building and all. Unprofessional.

Worst experience with any mechanic or vehicle service I’ve ever had. Whoever was working was incredibly rude. Needs to learn how to be professional. Didn’t even attempt to assess the problem or see if he could patch the tire. Seems lazy and I wouldn’t give my money to that guy for any service no matter how small. Don’t go here, you’ll only be treated like an inconvenience. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Pyramid Tire is a great place for purchasing used tires. As with any used tire shop you have to just go and hope they have your tires in stock or call ahead. They offer excellent customer service and they make sure the used tires are fairly close to the desired less than 2 year mark. Last time I purchased tires there they got me tires manufactured in 2022. They rotate tires for you too. I highly recommend going earlier than 3pm because it gets crowded close to their 4:30pm close time.
