“Took my son for blood work. We were in and out quickly. My only complaint: trying to sign in at the kiosk was time consuming and frustrating. The receptionist had to fix some of our sign in info. However, she was kind and professional through the process. Tracy did a great job getting blood from my son. He was visibly nervous beforehand, and afterward said "it was just the tiniest pinch." Very pleased with the experience overall--just really didn't care for the check-in kiosks.”

“I had a WONDERFUL experience just now. My doctor ordered 32ish blood tests (sorry, I wasn’t fully aware, when I stopped in). Queenie took care of me with a smile on her face the entire time with the upmost patience and care! I expressed concern for having so much blood drawn at once because I did pass out during a blood donation before (which of course is even more blood). Aisha the other lab tech offered me water and was also extremely caring. She also showed excellent teamwork and offered assisting Queenie with labeling my millions of blood tubes! Queenie brought me to a separate room to lay down for my blood draw and allowed me a couple of breaks (since my veins decided to stop giving blood). Like I said, I have never seen a lab tech so incredibly patient with me before. My experience ending in a hug from Queenie! Thank you so much Queenie and Aisha! I will definitely come back here as long as you both are here!!! ❤️”

“I've used this location many times in the last six years. The people here are generally nice. But this is a high volume location and they seem to really struggle with seeing people with appointments on time. Today is a perfect example. I made a 9am appointment a week ago for today. I arrived ten minutes early. It's now 9:25 and I'm still waiting to be called.”

“We had an appointment at 9:30, came in 10 mins late however, didn’t have a wait time. Everything went smoothly and we walked out by 9:57. The check-in process was quick and simple at the kiosk. You only have to scan your QR code and drivers license. They call you in shortly afterwards. The staff was polite.”
