I made an appointment went there to do my taxes the tax pro could not figure out how to complete my 1099, she took copies of my documents and told me she would get in touch with me the other day, she didn’t, I went back two days later I was told she figured it out and was going to call me , one week later she did not call , I went to a different h&r black no one wanted to do it because she had started it , am still waiting will give an update!!!!

H&R block had been doing my taxes for a few years now. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about what they do. They tell you everything you need to know as they are doing them and will find the answer to any questions you have .
