The entire team here deserves a major shoutout. There's nothing worse than discovering your car's alternator has died en route to work, but they had my vehicle up and running sooner than ever expected – and for a price much cheaper than I'd imagined. Not only that, but when I asked if they could take a look at my busted AC (after multiple other mechanics had charged me an arm and a leg to "fix it" to no avail) since my ride was already in the shop, they took care of it without even blinking. The team kept in constant communication with me throughout the repair process, investigating and explaining every issue to me as well as how they saw best to fix it, which helped me feel nothing but secure in trusting them. If my vehicle ever fails in the future, I'll surely be back – and I'm sending any local friends of mine here too :)

I don't know how anyone is saying that Jim is approachable, this is only the second time I brought my car there the first was a couple of weeks ago, had 2 power windows fixed for $600.00 dollars, even that first time meeting him he was NASTY, expressed no time for any questions, well same thing today, had this appt. for over a week, get it there 8 am, and he says so whats it doing again so I tell him, he goes about doing whatever, so I said Jim when you have a second, and he responds very NASTY I DON'T, I was going to ask for estimate for plugs and wires, I said you know what give me my keys, I am not putting up with that, that's how you treat a customer?????? NO STARS!!!! WHEN I TOLD HIM I KNEW I SHOULD NOT HAVE COME BACK BECAUSE HE WAS NASTY THE FIRST TIME, HE JUST SAID WALKING AWAY FROM ME, SORRY TO HEAR THAT, IGNORANT AND NASTY!!!!!!

Jim was recommended by a good friend whose family has used his services for years and I am more than pleased to pass it on. He explained my issue and addressed it satisfactorily in the most reasonable manner for my older car. Sure confidence in this trustworthy shop.

I could easily detect auto techs that try and take advantage over you. These people ain’t it.

Totally dissatisfied with Jims Professionalism. Im in my own business so time matters. I put my truck in shop during my vacation 3 months ago and they so called repaired many items that were discussed and approved by me on my ***** express 6.0 litre. New water pump, rear rotors.pads and other miscellaneous items at rear ( after repair left rear brake hanging up and smelled like it was burning), oil change (very messy), changed headlight (now having some issues with high beams which were never present before) went in for check engine light , he said needed tune up, completed it still has check engine on light on my friend pulled a code and found truck had a random misfire which leads me to this. On several occasions I contacted him to check why had check engine light on, & check all other issues. I scheduled a time with him he said he would need truck for a week, I said I couldnt be without the truck for that long so I called back to reschedule 2x he never calle me back. So today I went to ********** as I pulled in to lot a loud pop came from motor I pulled over to find a wire hanging which appeared to be a plug wire, so I called him and told him and he acted like he didnt know who I was he offered me a number for someone to tow it to his shop( truck was not drivable) and he would look at it sometime this week. We disconnected. I further looked into it and found the spark plug was actually laying on my upper control arm( at this point I believe the mechanic never fully tightened into head. I called him back told him my name again , he said who. Really!! I asked if he could send someone down literally 2-3 blocks from his shop with a wrench and socket to put it back he said he cant do that but if its that easy why dont you do it I asked if he was serious he said what do you want me to say? After spending $2000..00. I thought he wouldve been a little more professional than that. I was not happy with him and after going back and forth he hung up on me.
