I’ve used the Mechanic in the past. Not having a bad review for the mechanic in the past. This time around, I took my car over to the mechanic and dealt with the mechanic Ron. He had my car sitting at the shop for approximately two weeks and stated that there were multiple issues in which I was willing to get fixed. He then told me that there were related issues with getting parts from the Toyota/ Lexus dealership in which I was OK with waiting. He then stated that he would return my phone call multiple times not giving me a call. Every time I called the shop I was told that Ron would call me back, however for whatever reason Ron never called me back. I went by the shop recently to drop off my car to get fixed. Ron said he wasn’t and or can’t fix the car for some apparent reason. I was very disgusted that I had to travel without any means of communication from Ron Touching base with me. Under no circumstance, will I ever take my car back to this mechanic as a result of the lack of communication and I assume the apparent lies from the Mechanic Ron. All I asked for was open means of communication and honesty with Ron. I’m not telling you to not take your car to this guy however I will never take my vehicle back to him. I thought this gentleman was honest, however I see that he wasn’t. I’m referring to the Mechanic Ron.

The mechanic was extremely nasty and disrespectful to my family. Would not recommend at all.
You're better off taking your vehicle somewhere else, where you'll be treated respectfully and honestly.

Said he would pick up my car , but it sat for a week before it was towed

i have been bringing my car to Castors for a couple of years now, each time I've been in I've told them I am sure I need all 4 brakes done and only 1 of the 3 times was that the case. they are honest and have only ever done work that is needed when they very well could have just did what I said and I wouldn't have questioned the bill. appreciate their honesty, friendly service, and quick turn around for me even when I call last minute. highly recommend.

Shadetree work at dealership prices. I'm a little slow, so I gave these guys a bunch of chances - every single time, whatever vehicle they worked on has to go back. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Everyone makes mistakes, but these guys DO NOT check their work when they're done, ever. Just get it out the door, who cares if we fixed it or the car stops? When you bring it back you get "...awww yeah sometimes that happens, it needs more parts..."; load up the parts cannon boys, this is gonna get even MORE expensive! It's a real shame; a neighborhood shop that's convenient and the people who work there are friendly, but good lord for shoddy work at full MSRP it's not worth it.
