this guy is a crook. took my $350 and never filed my taxes. he entered my SSN incorrectly and told me I had to go to the social security office and have them fix it. I ended up going to H&R block who fixed his mistake and got me another $900 back. Darrel refuses to talk to me directly and has Patrick mediate our conversations. what a joke.
