Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff, my daughter brought several things to the director and they swept it under the rug!! i hope this place closes down and you ALL find somewhere better!! ????

The school is way to much money. The teachers are very friendly and understanding of your child's needs. If you have any problems with money or anything else they will not work with you at all.

Lord Lord. Just when you thought you get a break when you child moves up to a bigger class room in the amount of money you pay weekly… BOOM the prices rise . Honestly I need to know how other parents are affording the cost. You have to be making over $100,000 to afford this school. I’m not sure what the cost going to besides given a raise to the teachers. The parents has to supply everything. Lord God help the parents that this increase is effecting.

Everyone at Cadence Academy was extremely caring and accommodating… nobody wants to leave their little ones anywhere but from the first phone call I was reassured that my baby would be safe… The joy on everyone’s faces when they saw her every morning further assured me that they cared… I appreciate all of them!!!!

My daughter has been going to CAP since September 2021. She loves it there. I can definitely see the improvement in her speech, and she’s definitely learning a lot. All the staff members are super friendly. I would recommend CAP to all my friends and families!

The refund policy for the deposit is non existent. Someone close to me lost their job and was no longer able to admit their child into their program. When she called to let them know this, they told her they could not give her deposit back. This is a ridiculous policy. This child did not step foot in the program and it cost hundreds of dollars. I understand the need for a deposit, but I do not understand why this is nonrefundable given this child did not, and will not, receive any of these services. Kindly place a note to corporate.

I couldn't be more happy with choice to send my daughter here. They made the transition of her going to school so easy. The way the kids are cared for is amazing. The lessons plans and daily updates is so nice to see. As a parent you are able to know what's going on throughout the day which makes transitions easier.

My son has only been with Cadence for a short period of time but we are so so happy with this school. Every teacher/employee is truly SO caring. My son is very excited to go to school in the morning and is the happiest boy when he is picked up. Also the facility is clean and spacious, and the outside is very large. We are so happy to have found this school!

I just want to let everyone know that we absolutely love this center, the director herself Lauren is so sweet and understanding and just very helpful with situations. Mrs Destiny, Mrs Paige and Mrs Gabby are the most sweetest teachers in the world they are so loving and caring. My daughter Maddyson loved them. We came from a different center and I told everyone up front the experience we had with them and this center made sure to always communicate and let my husband and I know everything. Mr Jesse and Mrs Jayden we’re absolutely amazing at helping and teaching as well as making my oldest daughter feel so comfortable. I am so sad to leave here but we can’t wait for summer to begin because my girls will most definitely be back.

I have had my 2yr old daughter in Cadence Academy in Sicklerville since September and they are doing a great job with her. Her teacher Ms.Chrismarie is amazing, she comes home knowing something new every week. My daughter is so happy to go to daycare everyday, she walks in like she owns the place. She loves every teacher from every class and needs to make sure she says hello to them all every morning and good bye to them every night. It is stress relieving to know she is in good hands there and they all treat her like family. I have had some rocky experiences with other facilities and I 100% recommended this place!

To make a long story short: I informed the director and owner of my son's speech delay and I asked if the school was equipped to teach children with delays and other special needs. The response was a resounding, "YES!" The truth is they were not. My son's teacher regularly sent notes home regarding challenges that she encountered while teaching him and she would always end the note with, "I understand that there is a speech issue. We will keep trying." That does not sound like someone who is equipped to teach a toddler with a speech delay. It sounds like someone who is just "trying". After some time, my son starting throwing very passionate tantrums every time I dropped him off at the school. That was our cue to unenroll.Another issue that made us feel uneasy was the inconsistency in courtesy. During our tour and registration, the director was quite nice, but after we enrolled she ignored us when we greeted her (unless she was giving a prospective student and family a tour of the school at which point she was all too eager to say hello to us). Also my son's teacher was wonderful in many ways, but some of the people who filled in for her were not. When I'd bring my son to school, they didn't greet him and at times they wouldn't even provide a chair for him to sit in. When I called attention to this, the reaction was a sigh and a huff. I guess I was asking for too much???All in all-They lied to us to obtain our business, they did not have the resources to teach my son, and they didn't take the time to assess him to ensure that this school was suitable for his needs.
