“Had to take my mother here to do some banking she had been putting off for a while. She is handicap and has trouble walking and the manager (I think he was a manager at least) came out to the car and got all her info and took it inside, then came back out and brought her the paperwork to sign and ran back in and finalized everything before returning to the car once again to give her, her copies and wished us a good evening. I can’t thank him enough for accommodating her and being so kind and professional. Thanks again Joshua, we truly appreciated you going above and beyond and hope that TD Bank realizes how great of an asset you are to the company. You have a customer for life.”

“Just wanted to say the whole staff is awesome. Went in to cash a huge bucket of change but realized the bucket had moisture in it and the machine would not work. I believe the manager came and quickly solved the problem. I wanted to use the change to open an account here and slowly dissolve my account at PNC. So I said I'll be back in a few days and let the moisture get out of the change. Walking out the bucket broke and change was everywhere. Felice came out quickly got down and helped me pick up the change. She was so awesome. I single handily almost ruined the bank lol but the staff was just so awesome and welcoming I felt like wow...this is an old school friendly neighborhood bank. I cant wait to bank with you all. Felice.....thank you for going above and beyond and to, I believe the manager that helped me at the change machine....thank you so much. See you all soon! :)”

“It is true that Beneficial has changed hands for select locations. The first day was rough and there was a wait to see the tellers and CSR's. Overall they have improved and it is better than Beneficial and soon WSFS will be based on other reviews. Their mobile app and web based bill pay are way better than Beneficial was. So give them a chance, I think they are still better than alternatives. The only downside is that mobile deposits are limited to $2500 and they issue one ATM card per social security number.”
