Stylist: Dez is the best she checked my hair the week before and double checked for thin places so she cut and style appropriately. She is very gentle and thorough.

This is my second time coming in to this establishment. The first time was a walk in which they advertise that they do walk in’s. At the time nobody on site could do / had the time to do stitch braids. Which is cool cause it’s a walk in. Lady at the desk exchanged the establishments number. I called days later which was last Tuesday for today Thursday. For my stitch braid design. Upon arrival the lady tells me that she canceled my appointment with Elsa and that she called me back and told me that she cancelled and had rescheduled with me over the phone for Marie for next week. I NEVER got that callback. So come to find out that she called the wrong person back and that they claimed to be me. I’ve never had appointment issues like this ever in my life. So for over a week I’ve been trying to get a seat at this black owned establishment. Ive been walking around with a man bun . Looking like a mess. I just wanna stop walking around like this. At this point nobody is trained to do stitch braids at this location which is the #1 trending style of braids. And the only few they have to do stitch braids. Never seem to be here. This looks like a neat and clean establishment but I will never truly know at this point. Best regards.

I've been going to the stylish for about 6 year.The stylist I am talking about is Sparkle,she used to do a great job I was always satisfied with my keratin treatments sew-ins and also lace closures. I noticed her attitude changed with me and her staff my last keratin treatment that I got from her my hair was thinning out on both sides. When I went there to get a sew in and she knows how I like my hair to be done Sparkle stopped doing it exactly how I wanted it But I kept going back to her because I've been going to her for about 6 years and I thought maybe she was going through something. t I also got a lace closure sew in and with her hair extensions. Now remember I've been going to her for 6 years and she always done a good job with my closures and my sew-ins but this time for the three times I went to her my hair was not looking good and I was not satisfied and she refused to fix it she refused to give me to refund me. There was a time when I bought hair extensions from sparkle and it was tangling and she allowed me to come back into the salon and she took out the hair extensions and then she restore new hair extensions and she did not charge me because she said to me she knows how I am with my hair extensions because I always spend money on my hair extensions but then when I had a problem with my last installment with her she refused to fix my hair she refused to refund me and she hung up the phone on me she was very rude to me also her staff was making fun of me talking about bald hair I knew they was talking about me because they didn't have to say my name because I was the girl sitting in the chair that had edges that was thinning out and I believe it's from the keratin treatment and also her soul ones that were super tight. I was holding back from doing this review but it just disturbs me to know that a old friend of mine still goes to her when I refer her to go to her to get her hair done and her daughter still gets her hair done by Sparkle so I don't understand why she did my blowouts bad my sew-in bad my keratin treatment didn't last I don't understand why she would do that to someone that's been seeing her for 6 years and she turned her back on me so I decided to stop going to her but to be honest with you for some reason I was still trusting this woman that can do my hair and I kept going to her when she messed up on it three times in the row and I should have stopped completely then the first time watch your back women if you go to a different hair stylist or maybe this person hears that you're talking badly about them or they feel like you've done something to them she will mess your hair up

Imma give it a 3 out of 5 because I don’t think my silk press was bone straight. I had a silk press before and when I got in the house I didn’t need to straighten it. My hair was still puffy. My hair needed to be detangled and I didn’t feel like washing my hair. the salon I usually go to was booked today and I didn’t want to wait until tomorrow so I went to to the closest near me if this ain’t your salon stick to what u know.

Hair stylist are good at what they do. Sometimes clients are double booked but I guess it’s necessary if there is a no show. Atmosphere could use some updating. The prices can sometimes fluctuate for certain hairstyles. Overall I am satisfied with the service I receive.
