They don’t answer the phone at customer service I need a new temporary license plate because they haven't given me my final plates after buying the car 3 months prior. They don't understand that your car can get impounded for expired temporary plates. Very unprofessional

Dealer work is usually expected to be high . You get what you pay for . If you want it done right use a professional ! . Price was worth the work . I trust this place enough to say I actually bought my truck there and was treated well . For me to actually spend the time to fill this out , speaks volumes . If I had rotten treatment I wouldn’t do this .

Getting one star because i could not give anything lower. The only thing that went well is the condition on the vehicle the BMW GT that i purchased was in great mechanical shape. now the the service sucked. I attempted to handle everything with dealership over the phone and online to purchase the vehicle. I was under the impression that the deal was complete but when i got to the dealer the needed to do another application and perform several additional hits to my credit. then told me that my drivers license and insurance card was not proof of address even after providing me with the document stating that everything i had in hand was sufficient . Additional charges was added to my deal like a ceramic coat on a damaged paint job. Now here i am communicating with the dealership over 90 days later my car is not titled or registered. the dealer is stating the i need to pay my state income taxes, this is something i never heard of. this experience has turned me off from new jersey dealers. just an fyi not only are they not responding to me but they are ignoring the finance company as well. Two years later and I am still begging for a refund from being over charged on my state taxes and google seems to be the only way to reach someone.
