I’ve been going here for 15 years but will never return. When my Tesla came through the car wash there were two huge cracks down my windshield. After bringing it to their attention they claimed it must of happened from a chip which I never had. Really disappointing so beware!!! I will never be back

I have been going to this car wash for about 10 years and used to recommend to friends. They used to care, but something changed for the last couple of years. In the past if they missed anything and you pointed out the mistake they would address the issue to your satisfaction. These days anything goes, if they miss anything they tell you that for that "you need to get the car detailed". They do a terrible job. It is convenient so I am giving it a 2 star instead of 1

My husband took my car to get it washed today and came back with several deep scratches on the hood and side passenger door, that were not there before the car wash visit. I’m beyond annoyed about this and will never go back to this car wash again. Beware when taking your car here if you don’t want it to get scratched up go somewhere else.

Realy nice job on the interior of the car. Everyone is friendly and the entire experience is easy and efficient.
Could do better with exterior and drying, I used a microfiber towel at the end to get the few missed spots.

Incredible customer service at Shrewsbury Car Wash! When part of my car fell off during a wash, Tim quickly ordered and reinstalled a new one. Truly went above and beyond! Thank you, Tim and the team!

They do a bad job today I paid 42 dollars and they don't clean well my car had juice spilled on the door and the juice is still there usually my car is not dirty inside. and even so you can see the garbage because they don't vacumm well. from envalde so many people I myself have had to take one of their cloths to clean my windshield, I will look for another place

Showroom clean. They power wash your rubber mats, like brand new! I Highly recommend them.
