“It’s a special day when grandma brings the little one for their first pair of walking shoes, the employees at Belia’s don’t seem to know or care. I wanted traditional white baby shoes, and after measuring the salesperson went to the storeroom for two different types and came back to say they were sold out. No mention of when they would be back in stock or having an order shipped to my home. I don't think the employees receive any training. This is the 3rd time Update: 7th grandchild to buy first waking shoes here, received great service today… and a balloon!”
“Came here to shop for my girl, because it is a women line store, manager Chris was super helpful, i will come back here strictly because of his help and knowledge on the product, he did what he could to get me the sizing i needed and other options if they didnt have the size of what i wanted.. overall.
